Needed a front wheel bearing and tire replaced. Was given an estimate for 2 new front tires and was told it was "necessary" to do this type of job. I thought the total price of $659 was steep but they said they could get me in right away and I needed it done immediately. When Christine called to let me know it was ready, she mentioned I might want to use cash as interest on credit cards could be expensive. I told her I would be using my credit card. I thought it was strange to be asked that, but I had also been asked if I lived in a trailer park during an earlier list of questions by them. ??? Long story short - when I arrived to pick up my car I was asked to sign the bottom of my bill, which I checked to see matched the estimate of $659. t did and I signed it. She then ran my card and handed it back to me with the receipt attached to my bill. However when I got home I noticed the receipt was for $26 more bringing the total charged to $686! When I called to question it Christine said it was the surcharge for using my credit card to pay! She said she told me about it on the phone. I certainly never heard her say the word surcharge but she claimed she did and was very adamant about it. To me it was clearly deceitful on her part. I would've preferred an apology for any misunderstanding but instead I got an angry woman insisting she told me. Well Christine, you can be sure I will never be giving you my business again.

Super disappointed had my bearings and my axle inspected not to long ago just to find out they over tightened my lugs to my truck their was about 3 lugs sheared off lucky I wasn’t in accident

Stopped by with a nail in the tire sidewall. Needed tires. George got me in and got the tires on. What a nice group of people. I would Highly recommend the Haines Creek Garage.

Based on past experiences I would have given 5 stars and have always recommended this shop. Today was different! We had a flat tube in our golf cart tire which was repaired a couple weeks ago. My husband has back problems and was unable to replace the tire himself. When he finally got someone to help, the tire was flat again. He took it back to find out why and when he picked it up today he was accused of getting a new object in the tire. It was never removed in the first repair. Very upset to be called a liar. We have used this shop for over 8 years, but this was the last. He deserves an apology.

The woman I spoke with treated me very disrespectfully over the phone, no one listens to me when I try to communicate about a problem with my vehicle. I never get follow up phone calls regarding the status of my vehicle. When I leave it just feels like my car has grease marks smudged on my steering wheel/dashboard and a new problem to fix that I didn't come in with.
