If I could give zero stars I would.
I bought a used vehicle from the dealership that I saw on auto trader marked at 19k. I thought that was reasonably priced. When I agreed to the amount out the door of 24K I didn’t realize I would actually be charged with a loan amount of $30,400.00 on a 2021 vehicle. That’s not what i agreed to. Thank you for my used car, 5 more grand and I could have bought something brand new with a warranty.
If you’re searching for a vehicle, new or used, I would not recommend this dealership to any one.

You will not find another dealership that will do everything possible to get you into a new reliable vehicle. These guys here are amazing. You really do feel like family with these guys. They go over and beyond to make you feel special and make sure you leave happy. Michael Sr and Michael Jr are amazing and Christian stepped up for my daughter and my son in-law. Thanks guys you deserve more than a 5 star review. Keep up the amazing job.

Buyer beware. Extra fees, and they keep pushing you to accept even more. Go somewhere else.

Came to buy out my lease. Salesman was wonderful. No business manager on site, out to lunch I guess. I waited over an hour to finalize this transaction. And that was only with prodding the chain of command. VERY DISAPPOINTING experience.

This place is a big rip on, they had a 2021 Mercedes Benz 250 for $29,000, I agreed to purchased the vehicle with $20,000 down at 60 month, however the manager insisted I purchased this factory package for $4,900 , I totally refused.
Once in the office with the financial manager she started to offer me all these different options for additional money, I told her no.
She stated that she could give me the battery package for FREE by buying down the points of the contract, upon reviewing the paperwork, she had charged the term of the loan from 60 months to 63 months, which would have meant she charged me for 3 additional car payments allowing me to pay for the battery she said she was giving me free. I asked her why was she being so dishonest, I told her she was wrong to do what she was trying to do she said she was sorry that she would remove the battery, next she asked me to sign the form but I noticed my out the door price had increase to over $1,500, when I moved the computer screen down to reflect all the itemized item and numbers , she had added the battery again onto the contract, me becoming very upset, I asked again , how could she and the dealership be so dishonest and corrupt .
She stated that she was sorry but wanted to then charge me a 6.59 interest rate from a 6.3, interest rate. I promptly got up and walked out.
The Dealership manager said he could get me the car for $1,000 less plus a 6.3 interest rate, I told him I never do business with a corrupt company like them and Florida Credit Union of Gainesville .
This company needs to be investigated for their fraudulent practices. Everyone who has done business with them needs to check their paperwork and if you purchased this product you should speak with a lawyer to file a lawsuit. This is wrong on SO MANY levels .

I bought a car here 2 months ago. The buying wasn’t the issue and we are happy with the purchase. The issue came when they had to send the payoff for my trade in vehicle. They took over 2 weeks to send the payoff to my bank and in that time I had to make an additional payment on the car I traded in. Usually not a big deal. The dealership is supposed to send the agreed upon amount and the overage will just get credited to me by my bank. They called my bank before sending payoff and it was $450 lower than when we made the deal due to me making the additional payment. The dealership only sent what was the balance after my payment and not the what was on the contract. I called them about it but they wouldn’t take my call until I kept calling every hour on the hour. They said they would take care of it and to expect a check in 2-3 weeks. It’s been 2 months since I’ve purchased my car and they still haven’t paid me what they owe me. Stay far away from this dealership. Apparently they’d rather steal my money than honor their contract.

Went after receiving a card saying I had won $2500. After checking on the phone number on the card, and making an appointment, when I show up at the appointed time, I'm told that I have no money prize, given a pair of earbuds. Yeah, I will trust them with my car.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Bill Bryan. I have the extended warranty on my vehicles. I have noticed a decline in services since being bought out by Morgan. Today was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I won’t return. I was charged for diagnosing a problem when my warranty was supposed to cover it. You have lost a customer.

Ken was fantastic! I purchased my first manual transmission car and he taught me how to drive it during the test drive. He was very professional, friendly, and patient!

After confirming the price and dealer fees (on a used 2020 Honda Accord), with the "2023 salesman of the year", we drove over 2 hours to look at the car. Once we decided to move forward with the purchase at full list price, we received the price contract which included over $3000 for an unnecessary "add on package"that did not amount to anything. When we questioned this , the finance manager got involved and agreed to sell at the original asking price and even shook hands on the deal. However, within minutes, he returned and said the GM would not let the car go without the "add on package". When I spoke to the GM to express my concerns and frustrations, he didn't even have the courtesy to uncross his legs or get off the couch he was sitting on. This is a shady business and I would expect better out of a Morgan Automotive Company.

Let me start with this, the service advisors are the best. I’ve been having my service done there since I bought my Subaru 15 years ago and they have always been great. Now let me get to the one star. Over $80 for an oil change is absurd and, to top it off and the reason I won’t be going back, they are now charging a 3% fee on credit card purchases. I know other places are doing that also and I don’t go to those places either. Credit card fees are, and always have been, part of the cost of doing business. They are not new and they are not more than they have been. This is not a cash or check business where all of the sudden people are using credit cards.

I had a wonderful experience at Villages Subaru. I brought my Crosstrek in to the service department to diagnose a thumping that a local mom and pop shop couldn't fix. Turns out the mom and pop shop stripped lug nuts holding my tire on the car when they did my tire rotation 2 weeks prior.
Matt in the service department was wonderful! He kept me informed of the findings and even offered to reach out to the mom and pop shop that rotated my tires to see if they would reimburse me the cost of the repair.
Everyone at Subaru was very professional and helpful. This will be the only place touching my car from now on!

Beware of buying a vehicle from Village Subaru.
They try to inflate the price with ridiculous add-ons. Lowball your trade in and want a premium price for their vehicles. Don't fall for their games.
The sales manager believes all buyers are idiots.
Walk away or don't even stop in. It is not worth your time

Worst experience at the dealership I've ever encountered. Wanted to charge me double the price of vehicle and salesman know nothing about math. Don't go here unless you want to be ripped off.
