I drive for Werner, my truck broke down about an hour away from AAA semi and I had crappy cell signal. The company was taking forever to set up the breakdown so they sent me the number and I called myself. Once I told them the situation they were on the way even before they got the breakdown request. I wasn't exactly pulled off the road safely when the arrived they managed to rig the brake line enough that I could move safely out the street. It's all smooth sailing from there. I was escorted to their shop where they allowed my to stay on the property over night and left the bathroom unlocked so I could have access.. They also left the gate opened slightly so I could get in and out to get food. Freight liner isn't opened on sundays but he informed me he would head out first thing to get the part and he did just that. These guys were awesome quick and professional. I'd recommend their service to anyone. I've never been so stress free in a situation like this the customer service was above and beyond. Also I am a female. So them going the extra mile to ensure I was safe on the property and the bathroom access meant A LOT....Thanks guys. My name is Whitney with Werner. I appreciate AAAsemi truck & trailer repair

Just had complete axle replacement on a 38 year old trailer and it all went smooth. I call AAA for all my repairs on equipment I own and all my lease trailers . Loreen is amazing at ordering parts and keeping you informed along the way . Greg Sr is very knowledgeable when it comes to the unusual technical situations and Greg Jr handles himself in a very professional manner and does the simple things a customer requests. The staff from Orlando has taken good care of me but I don't know any of their names . I once had an electrical issue and they sent me a young man that was able to troubleshoot it and make the repair in a very reasonable amount of time. I'm an old school guy that sometimes expects too much however they never make me feel that my requests are foolish . Thanks to the staff for all you do.

Great shop. They fix what I know about, and find things I wasn't aware of. Great prices, service that's off the charts, and mobile repair if you need it. They are always my first call whenever I have a problem.
