The entire process with Michael’s Flooring was wonderful. The two gentlemen that crafted the tile installation were professional, knowledgeable and respectful! It was a huge job and they worked hard and were always kind. I would recommend them to everyone. The best experience! Thank you!!!

We had a defect in our luxury vinyl flooring that was installed 4 years ago by another flooring company. The original company would not cover the defect. The original installer tried to fix the problem, but it looked worse after his repair job. We contacted Michael's Flooring and they were able to order the needed flooring to match our original floors. Their installer, Norm, did an outstanding job repairing the floor. It looks brand new! I highly recommend Michael's flooring for their customer service and expert repair of LVF.

I had this company put flooring in very expensive but I really like it I needed someone to come back they said they would come back then I get a phone call from one of the managers and said we can't come in.

Every one involved our transaction was professional, friendly and very competent. We replaced three types of flooring with one common floor.
Begin with "demolition" team, Mike and Tony Antonetti. On time, focused and clean.
The installation team, Morellis Floors (Augie, Roger and Mickey) did an excellent job of moving our furniture, keeping our home as they found it and are as friendly as they are exact in their installation.
The office team was always polite. George Harley the Manager- Coordinator helped us to choose our product and stayed in touch with us as often as needed as well as answered all our questions and concerns from his depth of experience.
We were in business with the public for 45 years. The teams don't come any better than this.

Treated very fairly!!! I ordered $4700 of vinyl from Michael's. Three weeks after the order was placed my house sold, to a neighbor, and it was not listed for sale. I immediately went to Michael's and told them. They understood completely and Monday morning I received a call from them offering a reasonable restocking fee which I accepted. No hassle - just good customer service. Thank you Michael's.

If you are trying to decide who to replace your floors, look no further. We were amazed at how good our experience was. We have a 50+ year old house with multiple additions. More additions than house. They handled the transition between additions seamlessly. They took the time to make sure everything was done right. Augie's crew with Roger and Mickey were super friendly and professional. They cleaned up as they went every day. I would request them personally! We were super afraid about the cost because they had such a beautiful showroom with friendly people working. But we asked about promotions and they showed us multiple options of vinyl plank at $4.99 per square foot. They were almost half the price of Empire. The only add on was a bag of puttie to level converted garage cement floor = $50. George gave us a estimate. Once again super friendly and professional. It never waivered from the $4.99 per square foot. No hidden surprises. They treated the project like it was our life dream even though we took the promotion. Wow, cant say enough about how happy we are. Thank you!

Horrible bussiness . Try Williams flooring instead. Moved to Florida to work for Micheals outfit because my Oldest brother had for 25 years. Worst decision ever made. There is no Communication what so ever. Every Installer will be a different experience non are paid enough to be high quality. Micheal will 100% Lie to any customer to get a sale especially on Completion times and warranty. Micheal pays installers 1/4 of what national averages are but charges customers 20% mark up over actual prices. Finally they steal from Employees out right not paying for complete work forcing subcontractors to purchase there installation supplies from there stock at retail . Took me for over $5000 in out-of pocket costs and $1500 for a security deposit I was told he would hold for 2 years then write off that he had to cover repairs with it if I sued which I am . After asking for payment owed so I could make the trip Back to PA and get Treatment for a Fatal Illness because they didnt offer health insurance that could cover me. 25 years my oldest Brother has been Ripped off by them but been loyal . For that they tell his Baby Brother to go Crawl under a rock and die quietly. I'm still alive and stable enough to sue finally. Go to William's Flooring that's who Micheal apprenticed from anyhow.

Had them do a tile job, first screw up was guys that ripped up old tile took chunks out of trim along floor, the installation team of David & Carlos showed up wreaking of Marijuana my wife called them out and David became belligerent,, she asked them to leave and another team finished. Management and owner were also rude to my wife and spoke to her as if she was beneath them. They made many mistakes and caused damage. Broke a tile to fit in closet and said it was the only way to make it fit . Scratched door handle and said they didnt do it which they refused to fix. Never do business with them again...

Floor would look nice but the glue underneath is all circles around the floor so you look at the floor and it's all circles where they glued it. Whoever put the glue down didn't go up and down with the boards. It went in circles
