Im writing a second review because i cant respond/ edit my last one.
How is my timeline off? The dates provided shows that my mom came in within 3 1/2 weeks of eachother. My phone did break again a month later, and ive been meaning to write a review for a while now i just havent got to it. I was going to give a bad review initially but i decided to give you guys another shot, which you blew. Obviously your customer service isnt the greatest by how youre handling the situation. Also, your scenario youve provided does not accurately portray this situation. The second time it broke there was no cause. I picked up my phone from my desk only to see that the screen had a “fuzzy” look. After couple hours it completely stopped working. The phone was in a safe, dry spot, so there is no other explanation for why it was broken besides the poor job that was done. I didnt reach out the first time, because I gave you guys the benefit of the doubt. I didnt reach out the second time, because if I was going to get my phone fixed again, it definitely wasnt going to be you guys. I know i dont have insurance, hence why i never asked for a refund/ free replacement. All in all, you guys need to focus on actually taking your time with peoples devices and treat them with care.
Also, explain to me why you previously said that you never charge 120 for an xr even though youve charged me that twice? Seems shady to me
