I received my order today! So happy with it. I previously ordered two bags but one was out of stock and they refunded me that portion of my order. They worked with me through everything and I'm a satisfied customer. I've been previously scammed before so I was cautious but they kept in contact and reassured me and my order came and now they have a customer for life. Thank you.

I placed an order, I was left with 2 pairs of shoes short, now I keep calling for a refund or gift card and nothing……. It’s been 2 weeks…. Sucks because they were a birthday present.

I saw this young woman wearing a nice pair of black shoes and I simply had to have them. I ordered FLOW19-BLACK for over $40 and received them on August 3rd 2023. Now the soles on both shoes are completely coming off and the only thing that they will do is send me a 50% off of my next purchase coupon. That's absurd, considering it's only September 15th!!! I either toss the shoes that I originally fell in love with or gorilla glue them. Not happy!

Needed a quick place to buy shoes before my cruise left and HMS did not disappoint!! Got a cute pair of sandals and cheetah heels that I wore every day! Wide selection, kind staff. Highly recommend.
