Allen was great!I'm glad I stopped in to look around at options; Allen was so informative and not the typical "pushy" salesman.He took time to show/have us test several beds.There are plenty of beds to accommodate all your needs and questions when shopping for a new bed.Emaculate store and excellent customer service!!!I highly recommend buying a bed at this location.Great prices and fast delivery options!You won't be disappointed!!!

Very clean, very friendly...Alan was my sale person.. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable about mattresses. Actually quite incredible with the amount of information he knew... Answered all my questions...I highly recommend Mattress firm if you are looking for a mattress...They offer really great deals, incredible...and they match prices...I bought my mattress and it will be delivered in 2 days!!

Both Danny and Allen give 5 star service? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These guys are something special.., they have the greatess Customer service , they're super helpful, I am very much pleased with how knowledgeable and genuine they both are. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Alan and I felt right at home. Despite my arrival being less than an hour before closing on the 4th of July he patiently listened to what I needed, asked me a couple of health related questions and made expert recommendations on how to best improve my sleep. I walked out feeling confident that I selected the perfect bed for myself. I can’t wait to get it!

Mr. Allen and Mr. Danny are so amazing! The customer service has been top notch from beginning to end. We had to make adjustments to our original purchase, and another adjustment again thereafter. They made the entire process seamless and were so kind and prompt, with a great attitude. We are repeat customers, and will continue to recommend the Lauderhill location to all our family & friends.
