I bought a day bed here for $400 and went home to set up room before I picked it up. I went back in and asked if she could give me a refund because it won't fit and then resell it. She said no. She'd relist it for $525 and we would do a split 50/50. So she would sell the same bed twice and make more than what I paid for it. This doesn't sit well with me. So I listed it in Facebook marketplace for what I paid and had them pick it up at pats. Make sure whatever you get works otherwise...

GREAT consignment store! Lots of space, the quality of the pieces is higher quality. It's not a junk store like some of the other consignment shops. While I didn't find anything on this visit I'll be back in a few weeks to see what new inventory they have. Prices seemed fair. They will negotiate price based on how long it's been there. The woman working was very friendly and helpful. Wasn't cluttered or smelly like some of the places, & was nice and bright. Private parking lot, easy to find right off of W Bay. Highly recommended!! I'll be back.

First time visiting drove over from Tampa and absolutely did not disappoint! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and lovely employees from the minute walking into the door and on into loading our van for the ride home. I can easily understand why they do not offer online viewing or holds prior to visiting as the items spend a very short time inside. They are particular in what they take in, everything is nicely displayed, descriptive tags and priced well. Now after saying all this please keep the spot a secret between you and me ;)

Pat’s Consignment is a treasure! High end, superb quality! The welcoming service was awesome. We were furnishing upper scale rentals and able to furnish with quality without breaking the bank. We arrived as strangers, but Pat was so sweet, we left as friends. We will not shop anywhere else without first going to Pat’s. She even helped us arrange delivery. Thank you so much Pat!
