Good experience so far, although I have only done the transaction to rent a recliner for a short time. The sales assistant was very helpful, and the pricing was as represented to me over the phone. The furniture is of excellent quality. I am hopeful that the return process will be equally satisfying. The “qualification” process was rather detailed & aggravating in that way, but apparently rental transactions put the lessor at risk in many ways so their many verification demands seem reasonable.
