“Excellent in every way! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I am in this store on a weekly basis for various services and they always go above and beyond my expectations. Craig, Roy, and Danny are always delightful to work with, as is every team member who has ever helped me. I purposely use this store even if other stores happen to be more conveniently located to wherever I am going that day because I know they will give me the highest levels of service. Highest recommendation for any service you might require, whether it’s an Amazon return, paper shredding, or packing up complicated items that need to be delivered safely across the globe.”

But Abby, Savannah, and Matthew have consistently provided super quick, friendly, and upbeat service. Store manager, please consider giving raises for these indispensable service providers as they contribute greatly to the success of this UPS store.”
“I have been to this location several times since they hired a new manager. His name is Julian and he and all the other associates there are so friendly and helpful. I had a very important letter to mail and they helped me with that and with the Amazon returns I had. I have other stores closer to me, but I would gladly drive a bit further in order to get the kind of help I got at this store. They deserve 10 stars in my opinion.”
“8/23/24: Christian, the site manager here, is AMAZING!!! My husband and I were having serious problems with the site manager at extra space storage on Clark Rd. They red locked us out of our unit 4 days before they legally could and refused to take lock off even though we were moving. We had spoken to at least 12 customer service and managers who promised to have a district manager contact us(who never did). Decided to ask Christian for advice and within one hour it was fixed!! We were able to retrieve all of our things and our bill was wiped clean. I’ve never received such amazing customer service as she as provided/. Thank you Christian!!!!
We LOVE IT!! Moving from Extra Space and it’s like night and day! Life stporage has trucks, 24hr access, etc so pop ladders, it’s affordable and it’s tr populy cool inside the building. We would recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage”
“To say that Sara is a true professional and a person who cares would be an understatement. As someone who recently lost his grandfather last year, Sara has been more than helpful assisting me with digitizing my grandfather's key medical records and legal documents to send to the appropriate recipients over the span of a year via the UPS email system, the service of which is fairly priced. I definitely look forward to continuing business with UPS and Sara.”
“What is the most important reason for giving that rating? I consistently receive outstanding service at this UPS store. They are fast, efficient, and very polite. I appreciate that they offer a folder for printed documents, which shows attention to detail. Unlike some other UPS stores that charge $1 for taping Amazon boxes, this one does not, making the experience even more convenient. Their exceptional service sets them apart from other locations.”

“I mistakenly ordered an item and had it shipped to a former address in Parkland. I contacted the UPS Store and Ravi was extremely helpful! He volunteered to drive over to the home to pick up the package and then ship it to me at my new / correct address. They even called me to come back one time when I had left packages (worth hundreds of dollars) there on accident! This is my favorite ups location to go to!”

“they were not expecting a notary service at 5:30 pm thinking they cut off at 4pm, but their computer said i have appointment at 5:30 pm. the staff was very accomodating and helped me immediately. notary service was done and the lady at the counter even let me skip the line and served me first right after i finish my notary service. awesome people at bradenton office”
