Just finished my Reverse Mortgage with Fairway Funding. It was a flawless experience. I was not totally convinced this was the way to go, but got excellent counseling and advice from Mark. Everything was explained thoroughy and all my questions were answered. There was never any pressure, only education on the process. My account was handled by Lauren who was readily available whenever I contacted her. The loan was closed within 6 weeks. Took a little longer because of something on my end which Fairway cleared up. Thank You again. I am telling everyone about this.

Yet again Fairway Funding went above and beyond. Cannot fault them at all. Tom Zaharakis is brilliant to work with and not just 9-5 like alot of people. He worked on our case whilst on vacation and even late at night. Without Tom and his expertise we would not be living in our dream home now. Great Service! Very informative from day 1. Brandon Terry answered every email, phone call and question I had throughout the whole loan process.
