That was my first time there. I was looking for waterless shampoo for my cat. I ended up getting wipes as a replacement, cuz they were out of the shampoo. The person that helped me was very nice an helpful in showing me where things were that I was looking for. They have all kinds of things for your pets. You can even take your pet to the store an help them pick out their toys. I really enjoyed my time there. It was very nice.

Staff members were not helpful. One pointed me in the direction of the item I asked for. When I came back saying I couldn't find it, another staff member just reiterated that it was in that area without coming to help. I found it in the top shelf. When I pointed out to the cashier who may have been the manager that they were on the top shelf and a little more direction would have been helpful, I got to response. I was one of 3 people in the store which had just opened. It wouldn't have been that difficult to walk 20 feet over to help.

A beautiful soul named Deborah came and helped us out today. She helped with all my questions and even though I donated to the SPCA a couple days before I bought some more treats and donated again because she is so lovely. They do need to update their name tag machine. Bartows is newer and has better updated choices.

All of the staff here is amazing! Three pets - never an issue! I don't know why anyone would post a bad review - unless they were confused about location. They are busy - always so plan ahead!

My 6 and 8 year old boys wanted to get a guinea pig. Ryan and Vic were not only extremely knowledgeable but also amazingly patient with 2 VERY excited and loud boys. Staff is cleaning behind every customer for safety. I had a water bottle that came with our cage that leaked. The manager replaced it with a better brand immediately with no additional charge. I would highly recommend this location. Robert (A very happy dad.)

The people working at this Lakeland store are polite, helpful and patient. Due to our age/health and COVID we are not going inside stores to shop, we call requesting curbside pickups - the people that answer the phone - take our orders give great customer service. They take the time to look up our past orders so our fussy pets will get the food they like. During this stressful time I want them to know my husband and I really appreciate the service - and thank them for helping keep us safe. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the area reading this. And please wear a mask when you shop there - keep these kind people safe. Thanks.
