I am a box holder at the Socrum loop for 15 year and since it’s the same owner I’m gonna leave a review here as well. Not geting my mail. Staff is not helpful. Since they took over Socrum loop service is horrible

Horrible service. Prices in store are different than online - beware. Staff offers no help, no manager according to staff. It's worth driving to Lake Miriam or even Bartow to avoid this location.

Took 20 mins for 3 employees in an empty store to print pre purchased shipping labels. Charged me $3 to print 2 pre purchased labels.Go to fedex. The employees are competent and they don’t nickel and dime you.

I was in the area and needed to drop off 3 small Amazon boxes. I already had the labels on the boxes and they required me to pay an additional $3 to add more tape or they said it would fall off and they wouldn't be responsible. Unfortunately that day I had to drop it off in order to get credit for the return so I was stuck and it was late in the day.Charged me $3 for literally 3 pieces of tape. From the other reviews I saw AFTER the fact indicates this particular store is shady business practices. Staff was rude and unprofessional. I would've been ok charging me a $1 service fee for the " required" shipping tape but a dollar each for 3 pieces of tape that was 4" long is extortion.Thankfully I don't live here but if I did, I was stay clear of this location and you should too , unless you enjoy getting ripped off.

Package dropped off with Apple Watch. Best Buy gets package with nothing in it. I filed reports n Best Buy decided to still credit me but both sides believe this location stole the watch.Desperate time location charged to print a sticker $5 because I did not have printer at home. Between the customer service and thefts, avoid this location
