Everyone is helpful and kind.
Stay away from ups on county line, it's gone downhill from the customer service to the prices.

Dakota went over and beyond his duties. He meticulously copied 1,000 copies of medical documents to help me with my Camp Lejeune claim.

The BEST UPS Store in Lakeland. All employees are very always helpful and friendly. Stay away from County Line road UPS store.

This is one of the best in the area. They are always super friendly, helpful and when the line runs out the door, they are quick to respond with more people to assist. Super clean and organized as well. There is a location closer to my residence, but I always come here instead as the one on 540.

Went in today with my mother to get documents notarized. The place was SO BUSY but Dakota went above and beyond to take his time while going thru the documents with my mother page by page to verify all info was correct and that there were no inconsistencies. I've worked in customer service a very long time and this was some of the best service I've personally witnessed. He was awesome while the store door stayed opening and didn't waver in trying to hurry us along. He deserves some recognition here.

I am sitting here in the parking lot and I have to write this review immediately! This store literally just charged me $3 for a simple black-and-white copy of a shipping label not to ship the item just the label I need to put on the Box on a standard piece of paper! Everyone make sure you go to fedex I print off 11 copies standard black-and-white paper for less than $3! That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever spent money on!!! If I could give no stars I would give no stars
