Super friendly staff! They greeted me right as I walked in the door. The store was clean, and they were incredibly efficient—had me in and out in about 5 minutes. Great experience!

Peter was absolutely FANTASTIC. He made the unbelievable happen! He got my grandfather’s painting scanned and printed all in the same day. Shout out to Peter!!! Give this man a raise!!!

I will say I am extremely impressed with this UPS store not only did Peter handle everything with excellent customer service at my first interaction, he handled my issues with pure professionalism and courtesy. I then was also impressed with the fact that he arrived to the store early to have the store opened at 8 not arriving at 8 am to then proceeded to open the store having the customer wait until he proceeded to preform his opening duties . I feel that it's the little things that make customer service amazing. If this Employee ever wanted a job in my business I would hire him Asap.

My absolute favorite UPS. The girls there are amazing. The red hair girl and the other with shorter brown. I go on atleast twice a week and there literally so quick. I’m kinda disorganized and they really do help me. The other day I arrived right at 6:30 and she opened the door to help me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
