I took 2 scooters for trouble shooting and repair and i explained the symptoms. Next day I went back and they told me what I told them without fixing anything and they charged me $240. They are not reliable and will not reccomend them for service. After reading my review Dustin contacted me and offered a complete refund. He apologized and explained that he was out the day I returned to pick up my scooters and he did not intend to charge the full service charge for both scooters. I refused his full refund offer and agreed to pay the service charge for 1 scooter as I try to be fair in my dealings and am grateful when that approach is reciprocated.

We were searching for a last-minute mobility scooter purchase on a Saturday and were thrilled to find this store open! Dustin was super helpful while explaining the breakdown and care of the scooters and had quick answers for all of our questions. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a mobility device to come here first!

The mobility store is truly amazing. Dustin helped me and my family out today and he was wonderful. He was helpful and friendly and knew what he was talking about unlike some salespeople. Would highly recommended coming here for any of your mobility needs.

The Mobility Van store is really a very professional and reliable company. I have taken my scooter as well as my lift to them for servicing and every time they took me right away and within hslf an hour I had my issues resolved and for no fee! They did provide a work service but did not charge me . Unbelievable in this day and age. If you need help with scooters or lifts or any mobility issues I would highly recommend them!

Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this company. Dustin and Kari have been wonderful to my family. They’ve been knowledgeable have provided quality work and craftsmanship have been understanding of our circumstances being that my mother was taken advantage of by another company for the same service that we had to go to them to have done. My mother has been disabled for over 25 years in that time we’ve used many mobility companies both in and out of Polk County The Mobility Store by far outshines all the rest it’s wonderful to have a local store we can use for good.
