Hello,
Today I received an oil change at this location and was disgustingly displeased, not by the simple oil change but by a specific employee. During my time there my car was serviced by employee; Camden Riley, he did the intake part to start the oil change. He took my name address etc, normal things. Oil change went smoothly, $100 for a basic oil change on my 2019 toyota camry. However when I got home I checked my facebook and received a friend request from said employee, CAMDEN RILEY. When coming in to get my oil changed, i would never imagine my privacy being violated. To receive a friend request after an employee used my private information is inappropriate and illegal. I need to know what future steps will be taken to discipline this employee. I feel as though my privacy has been grossly compromised when all I did was go get an oil change. I was never asked for my social media by said employee, and again I cannot reiterate this enough it was beyond inappropriate and illegal. I have reached out to customer service, who knows how long it'll take to hear back, but also felt compelled to write a review as well.
UPDATE
I have also decided to attach screenshots of his messages to me on facebook, and was immediately blocked after calling him out for his lack of professionalism, his excuse was he didn't have my phone number in the system. Which is genuinely unbelievable considering my appointment on the schedule was made with all my information and he also verified at time of service, as well as re asked for my full name address and phone number. Absolutely appalling.

Quick at changing oil and checking everything change your oil but I blew up my motor twice and they were the ones that changed my oil both times don't use there services

Had a great service there today. When I pulled in there was a customer being aggressive with an employee after he almost hit the employee with his car. The employee handled the incident well and it didn’t interfere with the other customers experience.
