Probably will not use them again. My dog came home so hoarse, his bark sounded like a squeak and they don’t allow blankets or anything from home other than food/treats.I also didn’t like that my dog couldn’t keep his harness on (they put on a choke lead) and refused to take his blanket from home. They said that they don’t accept blankets from home and that my dog wouldn’t need a blanket because they kept it 78 degrees. They did assure me that if they noticed he was cold or shivering they would provide a blanket but that the dogs usually pee all over the blankets and that is why they don’t use or allow them. My dog always snuggles in blankets and I felt bad that he wouldn’t have that comfort while boarding.They stopped medicating my dog (trazodone for anxiety) after a couple of days because they said he didn’t need it. Pretty sure he did if he was barking and crying so much that he lost his voice.I also didn’t like that they charged a fee for med administration, a fee for extra play time and a fee for being pet. Seems crazy to me that they wouldn’t even pet my dog unless I paid them extra money.To be fair, I did appreciate the pics on their fb page and that they required the shot records prior to boarding. I’ve boarded elsewhere in the past and other places requested shot records but didn’t require it.

They have a great staff, friendly and professional. They’ve always been prompt with check-in/outs, and my baby always looks healthy and happy coming home.I switched over to Parkway Pet Resort after having issues with another local boarding facility that left my dog so depressed and distraught after a two-day stay.They are worth the extra costs for the peace of mind. Now, it feels like my baby is having his own well-deserved vacation.Thank you all for your beautiful work, and I'm grateful for your services!

I’m very happy with how well my dog was taken care of during her 5 day stay. She had the large suite and we were able to view her any time via camera. They took her outside 5 times a day and did their best to encourage her to eat. Thank you Parkway Pet Resort for taking care of my baby!

I love this place! I usually book a medium or large suite for my dog if they have one open! I love getting to see him on camera in the large suites, but know he is being taken care of no matter what Suite he stays in! This place is the cleanest and staff is always friendly!

The customer service from the owner was ridiculous. We previously taken our puppy there, and provided food and enough treats for his stay. We picked our pup up, he still had treats but had a bag of another treats, with another dogs name on it. I was told no matter what, they are a “puperroni” place and if I didn’t like it, to send the pups elsewhere. Also, he believes his staff over his paying customer. Wow. He didn’t want to listen, even advising him that it could cost our pup to have a high vet bill, especially being that he’s not used to those type of treats. I totally do not recommend if your dog doesn’t eat that type of treat. I’m also feeling like it was more to it than what the owner would say. I do NOT recommend

Highly recommend this kennel! After looking at many different options in Lakeland we found Parkway Pet Resort. It was by far the cleanest and best run boarding facility after touring 5 other places. The size of their suits are great allowing both of my large dogs to stay together. And having a window in the suite to look out has been a real bonus. I also love that in these suites there are cameras so that we can check on our babies every so often. The staff is also wonderful. Our dogs always come home happy and well taken care of!!! Have used them 3 times so far and will definitely keep using them in the future:):)

They always take good care of our fur baby Odin. He seems really happy to get dropped off and they do a good job on his baths.

Boarded my 3 dogs there over the holidays they were amazing with the pictures and videos that were posted on FB! I used the kennels where I could login and watch my dogs 24/7. Definitely recommend and will use again

They are amazing here! I have two large dogs, one of which is hyper and crazy. They always take great care and my dogs are happy. The girls here are fantastic. They also take pictures of all the dogs staying on Sundays and have cute little quotes. So happy to have a dependable place to take our pups.

Extremely nice staff!! While we go on vacation Mr. Kit gets all the attention he needs. He loves getting brushed.
