I've used this FedEx location to ship packages many times. The personnel at the counter are always friendly and super helpful.
When I've dropped off returns they've always been able to print a new label when I couldn't print one at home.
Sometimes, I did have to wait a few minutes until someone came out from the back. I figure they have other things going on, like moving around other packages that they've received. Thing don't move by themselves.
Talking to one of the ladies that works the counter, I was told this is the location that sends out the white Fedex vans that make deliveries to homes and businesses all around Lakeland from Zephyrhills to Wachula. That's a big area to cover!

Online it says there is printing here. I arrived with a package and label on my phone. Cashier was crude to the guy in front of me, and of course also refused to print the shipping label provided by my company.

I've worked in logistics and dealt with several different shipping companies, including FedExExpress. This one in Lakeland is the worst!!! How do you call on Thursday, not once but twice, to confirm an address and still delivered my package to the wrong address!! That was Thursday, Friday it should have been delivered, BUT NOOOOO... then it is returned to a fed ex location that does not deliver on Saturdays. Here it is, Monday, and I have to call again because no one in customer service is reaching out to me, to see where it is. And the only thing yall can tell me is that it will be delivered to me from 8am-12. I should have been the 1st one sent out today!

Worst shipping company ever. Lazy drivers. Don't even come out of the trucks and just stick labels on the mailbox. ZERO attempts to have anyone sign packages or walking to door.

I had shipped a valuable item that belongs to my family back home from this store and it was stolen …. I will file charges and get the police involved because nobody at Fed ex has reached out or emailed me or called me
This is ridiculous you would think that the people work here would not do such a thing but it happened to me. I will get a fair chance this will not stop here. My property was STOLEN!!!!!!!!!!!

FedEx that delivers to Mulberry suck! You can call and complain about packages being thrown over the fence or left outside the fence in the weather and they do nothing about it... don't waste your time setting up an account with delivery instructions because they still don't follow them... don't waste your money and have a custom sign made where you want your packages.... because they still don't follow directions... they are LAZY AS HELL!!!!!!!!
