I need to ship a box back to Amazon. It's a heavy box that I set up for home pick up. I dropped in here to check the label and the label was wrong from the shipper. I asked about price to send it back myself and they quoted $335. if that wasn't crazy enough, I ask them to cancel a home pick up and they don't know how to do that. Not a great experience.

I received the run around between this location and the shipping center on interstate drive regarding shipping guns and ammunition. Both locations refused to ship ammunition and told me to call the 1-800 number. The rep on the phone told me to take ammunition to interstate drive... I have been a FedEx customer for several years and almost exclusively ship guns and ammunition from both of these locations. I would recommend steering clear of FedEx, even though they are supposedly a ducks unlimited partner and you would expect them to have it together regarding these types of items.

I ordered a comforter set from Walmart. On the day of delivery FedEx "sent it back" to Walmart (so they said). Walmart sent a replacement and even gave me a small discount for the inconvenience. I made a purchase with Adidas with FedEx doing the delivery. On the same day FedEx was suppose to deliver both purchases from Walmart and Adidas but they never did..and marked it as "delivered". I contacted FedEx, and just in 5 minutes they so happened to "find" my Walmart delivery and I received that delivery the very next day. My Adidas purchase, however, did not get delivered, AT ALL. I made several phones calls to FedEx and Adidas. I even filed a claim with FedEx and they denied my claim saying that I was supposed to put signature for the delivery. Requiring a signature is not an option when shopping online. I got no where with FedEx on regards to their driver stealing (or losing) my package. FedEx is bogus with horrendous customer service. Adidas will not refund nor replace the products. I ordered two pairs of sneakers for my kid and they were stolen. They said they would help with my claim but it's been two months and NOT one word from Adidas. I would beware of ordering from Adidas and using FedEx as a carrier as they steal packages without consequence.

I've always had great experiences here. I return tons of my online shopping here when needed. No issues. In a plaza with tons of food spots and they have convenient hours for 9-5 folks.

I came in today to get resumes printed for an interview. The woman working there was so kind and friendly. I was very appreciative of her awesome customer service. I would definitely recommend this business for all your printing and shipping needs!

Place is run by a bunch of Low IQ bottom feeders. Avoid and go to another location or the UPS store on Shepard

I arrived at the store when my glass frames were being delivered by a FedEx courier. I saw the courier slam the boxes on top of other boxes. Clearly through the window you can see the words "FRAGILE GLASS". Myself and a store representative saw what was going on outside the store with the boxes. I expressed my concerns to a representative inside the store and all I got was a shrug of the shoulders. I then explained that I will be opening the boxes prior to receiving them. Luckily, the glass frames were still intact. The words "FRAGILE GLASS" was written on 4 sides of the box. Better caution and customer service need be addressed.

Going to an office supply / shipping store should not require a review, however..... The customer service @ this location is less than adequate. There are other options when spending money to ship items. I will never go in the location again. I suggest you go somewhere else too. UPS is across the street, and USPS is only a few miles away....
