My experience at the Take 5 located at 5250 S Florida Ave Lakeland, FL 33813 was absolutely phenomenal! EZRA B. And JARED K. both helped me out tremendously and brought things to my awareness that needed to be serviced. 10/10 would recommend

If you’re having trouble finding time to change your own oil I recommend coming to this location right next to crunch, Micheal and his team were phenomenal and very welcoming! If he isn’t a supervisor or GM, the company should definitely think about doing that for him. He lead the team well and got me outta there in no time, very pleasant experience with this crew.

Some individual started screaming at me to pull up after she/he ignored me for about five minutes. Some gentleman came out to try service me but I can’t spend my hard earned money at a place like this. She/he (no disrespect but they sounded like a women but looked like a guy) was screaming at me like I was being trouble or something. Idk, what their deal was but I just left.

I like Take 5 they are always professional and take care of the little stuff but, when you have 3 technicians and only 1 is actually working because the other 2 are just chatting it’s frustrating. It took almost an hour to get in and out.
