Manager Michelle is “extremely” rude. We just purchased a house that we are trying to furnish. Employee Olivia was helpful, delivery guys were nice. One chair was damaged and a new one was brought by the same delivery guys within 10 minutes. This chair appears to be the same damaged chair with adjustments to not wobble as much as before. (Manager swears it not) I explained it appears to be but ok, it may be a new one with same issue and same gap and same chip… without going into great detail about how she spoke to me..I would never purchase from this location again.

Morgan was so helpful! We were held up and we came in 30 minutes before closing and she was so kind! She immediately helped us find the PERFECT mattress and she helped us get checked out and schedule a delivery quickly and never rushed us into a purchase. We are so thankful for her!

Olivia was are sales rep today we typically deal with Morgan but she was unavailable. Olivia was very patient with us and very professional and extremely helpful. If you are in the lake placid fl area and looking to furnish your home I highly recommend badcock and more.

This company is wonderful. They buy furniture ahead and store it so when you want to buy something, it comes from their warehouse and you can get it delivered quite quickly. I'm sure if you special order something it will take the usual 6-12 months but if they have it in stock....bam!Our sofa was damaged and the delivery guys (both very nice young men) told us it was damaged before we even saw it. They told us they would pass it on to Morgan (our sales gal) and she would get it taken care of. We were only in Florida for a couple weeks to close on our house before we had to go back north. They got it on their truck in a couple days and delivered it same day as we were leaving the next morning.I would highly recommend Badcock Furniture in Lake Placid FL for all your furniture purchases. Thank you!
