Waste of time and money. Coaches are fat. Not qualified to train. They have no control over the class or the children in the class. And the management is as useless and weak as the coaches. Sad.

They take money from them, you sign up directly with the manager, he tells you that you don't need to cancel the membership and then they continue charging you 54 dollars. It's a scam. They have good trainers, but at the level of terrible organization, no one helps you, no one takes care of you. Coaches do their best but there is no one to help you

I enjoy the training and nutritional plan D1 set for me. The classes are challenging but rewarding. The Coaches are encouraging and are helpful in modifying exercises to fit your level, the owner gives tips and suggestions about movements to help you while he's also training.

I don’t normally go out of my way to write a review, but I have to about this place! First of all, I got out of work late and called to see if I could either push back my scheduled time or be late. The staff was very informative and helpful about my choices since I booked through ClassPass. Additionally, after choosing to arrive late, the staff made it very easy as a first timer to feel comfortable. Coach Z helped create a flexible routine due to my tardiness. He was also so incredibly supportive and gave me great tips to make sure I was having proper form and wouldn’t hurt myself. This place felt so inclusive for first timers with the perfect balance of support and push to motivate through the challenging work out. And not to mention that the others in the class (one regular and another coach) were so kind and supportive as well. I will definitely be coming back.

Whoever is in charge of the marketing for this facility; shame on you. Misleading unsuspecting vulnerable people to come to your gym for a FREE six week boot camp all under false pretenses. I was told this was a new camp that needed participants to give feedback on the program. Once I got there and was “buttered up” by the friendly staff, I was nonchalantly informed that I was required to pay a $599 deposit, not for my six weeks but for the six weeks after my free trial. It was so comical I wasn’t even upset. Thank you to this deceiving gym..you further confirmed that my amazing intuition IS in fact amazing and accurate.I will continue to spread the truth about this entrapment of a gym.

The 6 week challenge really improved my fitness health and mental health. It was such a positive and encouraging environment to be in and the coaches are so supportive!

Saw their ad on Facebook for free 6 week challenge. I scheduled an appointment to see what it is. The cinfirmation email did not had any information or address. Responded to the email and did not receive a reply. I google them and reached the schedule time.Here is what I was told. Free 6 week challenge, I need to pay 599 deposit which will be applied to the next 6 weeks.What?? I walked away within 5 minutes. Not sure what kind of scam they are running. Just be upfront with your customer and use proper marketing tactic. Click and Bait marketing.. huh!

I made an appointment for my son's first evaluation and we arrived and no one attended us for the first training. we missed the trip. I'm not coming back

Great facility for athletes! Had my daughter's birthday party there and they had a trainer that worked the kids out and did an indoor wiffle ball game with the kids. They absolutely loved it! Trainer was amazing! Lots of space and very clean!

Awsome facility. Trainer has has a up beat personality. His clients are very excited to come work out when coming through the door. I have found my New Workout home.
