I went for my mammogram appt and was told that their tech had retired. They called me once to let me know two weeks earlier, but my vm was unavailable. You would think they would have sent a letter or tried calling me again the morning of my appt since they didn't reach me the first time. I didn't appreciate my time being wasted.

I’m here at Cyrus waiting to have a mammogram done. The woman behind the window, Brianna, was as rude as can be. It’s not what she said it’s how she says things. High voice, almost screaming and her demeanor as though I was bothering her. Everyone else at this establishment is very courteous and professional. It’s a shame that the person who greets you is this rude individual. You get more bees with honey than you do with vinegar. Might consider getting a different job where you don’t have to deal with the public.

I’ve had multiple tests in the last month at Cyrus Diagnostics and have always had a pleasant experience. Today I went in for my annual Mammogram (which I neglected last year due to several painful experiences at a different facility). I was extremely nervous prior to my procedure but Pat who does the Mammogram calmed my nerves with her Kind words. She was so gentle and showed so much patience with me. Surprisingly, I had ZERO discomfort and the test was over quickly. If anyone has had painful mammograms I Highly recommend going to Cyrus! Pat is the Best!

I see why this imaging have a very low rating. It is very unprofessional, talking to patients on the phone with a condescending tone. The manager refuse to help me with my insurance concerns and hung up the phone in my face. I felt discriminated against, because I have Medicaid as secondary. They Refuse to bill my primary and secondary insurance. Wanting to charge me directly for the procedure. Horrible! Obviously, one thing they care about and that is the money. I will NEVER attempt to book an appointment with this place again. And by the way, I wish I could give it a zero star, but I had to give it one star to post this review.

I do not remember the year. But I went to Del Frisco restaurant with my girlfriend and the guy we unfortunately interacted with who works there was originally from Iran, he was angry he kept talking about politics then attacked me verbally. He kept talking about politics and religion very angrely very aggressively, like deranged and unhinged fanatic, he kept saying some extreme religious nonsense. He complained of bad relationship with his brother who owns Cyrus diagnostic imaging in lake mary Florida!. Needless to say, we did not enjoy our time there. This was so un professional. I think he mentioned also he works in the kitchen there sometimes and has heart problems!. This was completely horrendous experience. How do people get away with this is unfathomable..

I see why this place has 3.5 stars. It makes no sense how long you wait for service. It appears a certain class of people have to wait while others that came in after me are called to the back. Having to wait for 1 hour is insane. This has happened more than once. I won't be returning here.

First time at this location and it was a waste of time. I was told i could bring my old imaging results if I wanted the dr to compare, and they were also going to try and request them in time for my appointment. I showed up without my previous images, and they wouldn't allow me to proceed. I explained how I was told it wasn't required and the lady at the front desk proceeded to tell me I was never told that even though she was not the one I spoke with. It's a small office so I decided to leave and call to speak to a leader about my experience as to not disrupt the patients waiting in the lobby. When I called back, the lady on the phone said there wasn't any leader in the office available to address my concerns. I hope this helps someone save time in the future by choosing somewhere else to go.

Every time I have visited this place whether it is to get imaging done or to pick up my CDs. They are very nice to deal with. They are extremely helpful. Thank you!

Very friendly staff. I was in and out within an hour of my appointment. I love that they offer calcium score Ct tests for only $120.

Location in Lake Mary is great! The staFt and techs are very friendly, professional, and helpful. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Recommend highly.

Went here a month or so ago. They sent me a text reminder of my appt. Also told me to come 15 minutes before appt I showed 20 minutes before no one was there until 5 minutes after my appt opening up the building. An hour later I was finally starting procedure. My procedure was was xray with iv. I bleed all over the equipment due to the tech didn't know how to do an iv. Then told me I'm a bleeder acting as if it were my fault. I just rolled my eyes. The tech doing it didn't know what he was doing.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My insurance told me that I should only have to pay a $35 deductible. When my wife went in today ( for the second time because we were 2 minutes late to the first appointment) they told her that it was going to be $275 because we hadn't met our out of pocket max yet. First of all how in the world does this doctors office know I have and haven't already paid. That is personal information between my family and my insurance company and secondly MY INSURANCE says I should only have to pay a $35 deductible. This is 100% a money grab scam being performed by these greedy doctors. Maybe they should ask Joe biden for some more student debt relief since they were stupid enough to get themselves into debt in the first place rather than get a scholarship like any intelligent person should have been able to do ( I had a full ride through college with a bright futures scholarship, guess I'm smarter than anyone at this office)

Just left besides having to pay co pay that I didn't know about. Got in and out, so glad in my case the wait wasn't long. The reviews kindof scared me.So glad it worked out.

Never on time, ever, regardless of what time your appointment is. Not a friendly staff either.
