“I went in today to do some shopping when I walled into the store they had Mothers day bouquets at the front door I found one I truly liked. I wanted to see about adding a little purple carnation to it, I spoke with Victoria the florist and she went above and beyond to help me. she looked and was able to find 4 little purple carnations and added it to my bouquet. I was very pleased with it. Victoria went out of her way to help me with the perfect bouquet for my mom. Thank you for all your help.”

I was very happy to find a good doctor who explains what we can do and get to the root of the problem instead of adding more meds. “Mismanaged, different information given with each person you speak with, no line inside yet you sit outside for 20mins or more with only 2-3 cars in line, on hold on the phone for 30+ mins, speaker for the drive through is broken so they yell through the delivery box instead. Wish I didn't have to come to this pharmacy, wish someone would care enough to fix the issues. Send someone in to clean house already.”
“They fill prescriptions fast; the people who deal directly with the customers are friendly (I'll single out the manager/pharmacist A.J. Ward); the building is warm and inviting (as much as a pharmacy can be!). They'll even deliver prescriptions to your home (although I have not needed to use that service). Prices are in line with what "everyone else" charges); they stock a small amount of over-the-counter items, but their inventory of those things seems to be about as complete as a pharmacy their (small) size can be. In short, I love them!”

“I went into CVS for a certain item and remembered when I got in there that I needed something else. It happened to be buy one get one, but I didn’t realize it was for card holders only for the discount. The amazing man with the amazing accent in the Lake City Fl store was soooo helpful and was beyond professional and explained the benefits of having the CVS card. I not only got it, but also did the upgrade. My bill went from 116.00 to 59.00 just by him taking the time to explain the benefits. I’m not normally a CVS customer, but due to this young man….. I will be! Thank you CVS for having such an employee that made my day with my purchase and purchases to come!”
