1 star ! If I could give it a 0 I would. The customer service was bad,. The lady in there was rude. Don't bother even in stepping in ✋ felt like she was breathing on me while i was shopping.

I have buying tees from Tiki Jim’s for years. Their designs and quality of product are very good. I buy their original designs, not the canned gag tees. They’re a little bit more expensive than other place, but the products are worth a couple of more bucks.

One of my boyfriend's favorite shirts was purchased from a Tiki Jim's location when we were on vacation; but, one day, I managed to accidentally bleach stain it while doing laundry! So, here we were, months later, and I desperately needed a replacement of this shirt, so I called the Tiki Jim's in Kissimmee and spoke with manager Cathi who took excellent care of me. She was able to locate the shirt right away in her inventory and offered to let me pay by phone, and she shipped it out to us promptly and even texted me the tracking. Cathi was very sweet and professional, and she turned my "oh no!" moment into a sigh of relief. :)

Rude “manager” Cathi. Terrible customer service. According to Cathi it’s store policy that when a customer asks you the price of a T-shirt you ignore the question and respond with “that doesn’t come in your size. Go put it back”
