Liz did an incredible job helping me sell my house in Florida. I live in another state and was unable to be present to get the property ready for sale. Liz did a wonderful job (above and beyond what was expected) lining up contractors, cleaners, lawn service, pool guys, etc. I was very pleased with how well everything came together. I would definitely use Liz again if I am buying/selling another house in Florida.

Liz Wilson is thorough, knowledgeable and tenacious in making sure her clients are happy. Not enough stars for Liz Wilson.If you are looking for a top real estate agent, I recommend Liz Wilson. As a Disney World fan I wanted to be close to Disney World when we moved but really was not familiar with the area. I specified my price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, pool and interest in Championsgate. Liz selected 9 homes to view. She not only met our requirements but added requirements we didn’t think about. For example, the southern sun exposure for maximum sun and homes where there is a view but limited neighbors in the back of the house. We finally selected a house. Liz was instrumental in helping us select people to service our house. She recommended different insurance companies and strategies to get the best coverage. Liz Wilson goes the extra mile because she is thorough, knowledgeable, and tenacious in making sure her clients are happy. I highly recommend her.

Exceptional Realtor! Liz made us feel like her only client! From our first phone call, she was helping us find out about the property we were interested in. Liz said she would get information and get back to us, and she did. We had contacted other agents, but after we contacted Liz, we did not need to look anywhere else. She is so personable, knowledgeable, honest, and always willing to go the extra mile for her clients. Liz stayed in constant communication with us and never "dropped the ball." If she promises you something, she delivers! Liz has contacts to help each step of the way also and offers help that a realtor does not have to, even after the sale is done.
