Yesterday we went for a service and were mistreated by a staff there. They should give them a customer service course. Because they charge quite expensively for the services, it must be enough for them to train the staff.

KUA has $340 deposit already and is asking for an additional $400 deposit because I forgot to pay my bill 1x in 12 months! Especially since it got paid literally 2min after they shut it off!! How is this even legal?? Holding customers money that will never gain any interest! What the hell is the deposit good for when a customer does not pay and they still shut off the power! Government grants are coming and KUA will be purchasing my electricity from me once I get my solar panels installed! I feel bad for the employees who wont be needed any longer because everyone goes solar!

They cut off your electricity without giving you a break and then they don't help you. I have two children and I am without electricity. I paid and they didn't connect my electricity. Additionally, they do not have an emergency number. They are terrible.

Terrible experience, customer service was useless. I terminated the service and moved out of my home in September, and I have been charged for the last 2 months and notified I will also get a bill in November (so they can squeeze another payment out of another Floridian).I called and they claimed the service wasn’t terminated even though they have other occupants in the building and I have them the exact termination date. They do this so they can double up on charging payments for the month, Typical scam you see in Florida. I have filed a complaint with the FPSC and reported them to the consumer bureaus. I highly encourage others to do so as a class action lawsuit has been filed.

Unprofessional. Do yourself a favor, get a generator, or maybe a high-quality battery. Solar cells are a great idea as well. Anything to take the power away from all of these "forces that be" and put it back into the hands of the people who actually run this country. Power to the people should be free. We already pay enough.

This company is a scam if u disconnected u have to pay a reconnection fee which is fine if ur late u pay a late fee which is also fine but tell me why the hell am I being forced to pay a deposit of $500 dollars which you'll never get back unless u sell ur house and if it's not paid there going to terminate ur service this is absurd

They charge extremely high when it comes to electricity. No matter how many things I unplug or if I raise the ac temperature upper to avoid it pulling, all summer I been sweating my behind off just for the ac not to pull. This company will definitely take a lot of money from your pockets. I can’t wait to find another company to go with.

Horrible customer service rep. At the window (Nancy) very unprofessional this is a perfect example on hating what you do. Take some time off if necessary instead of taking your frustrations out on KUA customers. HORRIBLE! Experience. No patience what so ever. I had to leave the building and call from my vehicle. She made the company look very unprofessional. Thank you (Pam) the supervisor for taking your time on explaining what’s currently happening you exceed my expectations. Coming here for more then 20 years. Send her back for training.

Horrible customer service. Another multi million dollar county agency that could care less about the community. They have a monopoly in Osceola so they do as they please and buy out all politicians.
