Luis at Ken’s Jewelry has saved my wedding ring twice! First the band and now replacing the diamond that somehow fell out one day never to be seen again. Now my ring is more beautiful than ever. Everyone at Ken’s is a delight to do business with. Five stars and more hearts!

If I could give this business no stars I would! I went to Ken’s to go get my daughter’s bracelet engraved gifted by her great grandmother. Since I was coming from far I figured I’d bring a couple of pieces to be repaired. I was told they would be ready in a couple days, I received a text message two days later that my “repairs were ready for pick up”, I show up to Ken’s and only one piece of jewelry was repaired out of the 3 pieces I had brought in to be repaired and my daughter’s bracelet still had no engraving. I then ask the sales women why were the other pieces not repaired which she had no explanation. The guy from the back came to speak to me which then was making all kinds of excuses and instead of apologizing for their mistake he chose to argue with a paying customer. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend Ken’s Jewelry to anyone and to my family members who have purchased in the past I would make sure they never purchase from Ken’s Jewelry ever again.

My wife has been going to Ken’s for two decades now. We live in Chicago but she still prefers to have all of her custom jewelry and jewelry repairs done in Kissimmee. She is a lifetime customer, thanks for being so amazing!

We brought a watch in to get a spring bar replaced and sized correctly. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes and had amazing customer service. I would 10/10 recommend. Thank you Ken’s jewelry !

Honest, helpful, very fair prices! I needed a stone replaced in my grandmother ring. Ken suggested I not replace the opal for my October grandson, since I wear the ring all the time. I'm very happy with the light pink October stone. I also thought I needed a new battery for my citizen watch. Ken put my watch under his lamp. He even reset the time for me all at no charge. I highly recommend this jewelry store!

I almost have tears in my eyes as I write this. Ken's is probably going to be my jeweler for life. Not only was the staff extremely helpful and attentive to my needs but they were quick and knowledgeable even to provide suggestions as to starting my own gold collection to pass down to my children. When I was born coming up on 30 years ago in a hospital in New York my mother bought my father a gold necklace which I've worn every day since he died 15 years ago. When my daughter came into the world I had already decided I wanted this chain to be passed down to her and any other children my wife and I have in the future. Imagine how it felt when she jumped on my neck and broke it. It was a struggle finding people in the local area of Kissimmee who can work on gold but the moment I stepped into Ken's I was taken care of, and after Luis looked at it, I was even taught about the casting process this 29 year old chain went through all those years ago. When I picked up my chain I was in awe. Not only was it repaired, but it was polished, and has never looked this good! I'm over the moon about Ken's and you should be too! Ken's isn't going anywhere any time soon so you all should definitely check out what they have to offer and for their top notch service and repairs! Luis is the MAN! he will get you right!
