Reserved a car. Got email confirmation. Took Uber to collect car. Was told reservation was cancelled with no email/phonecall/customer service. The guy then said they had nothing at all available, even though the website says lots of options are. Avoid. They're really terrible.

Worst customer experience of my life and that’s an understatement.
Please over look this location for all future car rental needs and save yourself the trouble. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

Place was easy to find and staff was nice and easy to deal with. My only gripe is that the place looks abandoned on the outside. Could use some new paint and landscaping.

0-star review if I could, this place is the absolute worst car rental facility. I made my reservation online and showed up to pick up the car and they claimed that I would need a 24-hour notice for a car, HOWEVER do not state that on their website it allows you to make a reservation for a same-day pickup. The young lady at the front desk was anything but helpful, had the biggest attitude and couldnt even direct us to a different Hertz. Five days later and I am being charged for a rental car I NEVER PICKED UP. Either they are scamming people or they just don't care. Either way this is not the place you want to go to for a rental, save your money and YOUR TIME. Go SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Mariana specifically is the best hire that Hertz could make, especially in this high traffic tourist area. While I was conducting my own business, I heard multiple customers make “interesting” requests and each employee has treated all with respect and managing expectations with poise and grace.
I’ve had a lot of disappointment with rentals across the nation as I travel 90% of the month as of late and deal with many companies.
I’m fortunate that this branch is so close to my home base.
This branch found a cargo van for me.
Please ask for Mariana, Daniel, or anybody here for great and above/beyond personal service.

I arrived 10 minutes after my pickup time and they were closed. I phoned them first thing the next day they were open and asked if I could come get the vehicle i had rented for 10 days. They said the rental had been cancelled and did not allow me to get the vehicle- they wouldn't have had any time to remove the vehicle from the lot but they said they no longer had a vehicle for me.
They refused to refund me any of my money. When I went to another rental location to get a different vehicle the gentlemen behind me was in the exact same situation as I was. I obviously wasn't the only one that was having issues with the company. The worker at the other rental location said she's had lots of people with the same situation come to rent from them due to Hertz not being open when they were supposed to pick up their vehicle.
