Tire center- poor communication. I asked for them to call once vehicle was done and no call was ever made. I called the store 5 times, each time phone rang and rang until someone answered and then hung up. When I got to the store I asked when was the car ready and they told me at 1:30pm. I went to pick up my car at 4:30pm. They were not busy and they had no cars in the bay being worked on. Piss poor communication and poor accountability. They’re quick to take your money and give you no customer service. Car was sitting there for 3 hours and they had no intentions of calling to pick it up.

please do not fall for the 20 dollar scam membership deal. in a tiny fine print says that you have to purchase 60 dollars in addition to the 20 of the membership fee on the same date that you get your card. I will NOT recommend this membership club to anyone.

Customer service was great. I had an appointment and did not have to wait. Even though they could not solve my problem, they explained everything very thoroughly. Jose was wonderful at the location on Oceola Parkway Kissimmee. He was very polite, courteous and helpful. The five stars go to him.

They lack staff and take a long time to provide propane service. Many times you are left in the store alone without any employees waiting for someone to appear. I have been a member for several years and they have greatly declined.

I went to buy 4 tires, after waiting 45 min in the hot garage and when my turn comes the attendant tells me he cant help me, that I needed to wait for somebody else bc he was the only one there, Its not his fault but my time is valuable and I don't appreciate the disregard for somebody else’s time, I left and I’ll be buying my tires somewhere else

I am a member of BJ'S and pay $110.00 per year for my membership. To my knowledge, wholesale prices are supposed to be cheaper than retail stores. With BJ'S, this isn't really true. I find that a lot of the same items are cheaper at Walmart and Aldi's, which are retail stores. Just a couple of examples: gallon of milk at Walmart is $2.96, and at BJ'S, it ranges between $3.12 to $3.59. Bud Light (24 pack) at Walmart is $19.98, and at BJ'S, it's 21.98.These are just a couple of things found. I went to the Guest Service Desk and asked about this and was told, "Because we are a Wholesale Club!". This should mean that the prices should be lower.

22:00 appointment. Here it is 22:47 and they say that they don't have time to cut my seal and do my paperwork for a drop and hook. Sorriest BJ's receiving yet.

Got to the club to pick up an order waiting 30 min I. The car. Went inside to see what was taking so long and my order had been closed. No one knew where my order was. Had to wait another 30 minutes for them to do my order again.

Let's face it we all go to BJ's for the price and the lower gas prices. Their stores are generally clean. Their merchandise is generally well organized. The only problem is their staff - maybe they're understaffed, and they aren't really very helpful but they have what we need and what we want and we know what to expect so it is what it is.
