I went to the store to exchange some pieces for others and the manager named Lisa came out with such an attitude and with an annoyed face that as a customer you are afraid to ask about something, I decided to go to another competing store.

I have an engine light on, I came because they have a free fix finder, to give me an idea of what it could be.
It took like 2 minutes and they explained the part that the machine found, they showed me prices, emailed me the summary report, and printed a copy as well.
I was there maybe 5 minutes, the whole thing was quick and easy, and made me feel a bit better asking them any questions I may have about my safety driving the vehicle.

Everytime I come here there's always a wait for the dumbest thing. I come here and this time I'm at the front of the line, a dude comes into the store speaking Spanish and cuts me in line and the Spanish Autozone store associate who sees me in the front acknowledges the dude who's speaking Spanish to him and skips me and coincidentally the dude that cuts me is asking about the same thing I came in the store for, The store associate gives him the obd2 scanner tool that I came in there to use. Anyway next time I need auto parts I'm doing the extra drive to O Reilly down the road. Terrible customer service here all the time and I come here often only bc it was close

Associates have the computer system in place/ operating to assist in getting any part for a vehicle.Associates are helpful at trying to get your vehicle on the road. Due to the nature of some newer advances, technology on vehicles-some repairs or fixes cannot be done at the auto store.They offer competitive pricing on most items sold and parts ordered.It's a really neat cool place to shop.
