Bought this primer it is exactly the same bottle and part number, but you can notice one of them tips were replaced or came wrong. I didnt notice it until I saw the last touch. Colors are diferent and obvioudly finishing is WAY different. I dont know how we gonna solve this but I will contact for more information on this issue that just costed me 240$ ?

I am not happy with my visit to your store today. I came in to purchase a Freon but let me first say I was in line after the two gentlemen and the cashier did not acknowledge me until I walked to the front counter. Secondly I came to purchase a Freon and asked him if he can help me with it he said NO. I’ve never been to an auto zone and not receive assistance after purchase. It is about 95degrees outside. Another rep was helping another person outside and something as simple as putting in the Freon and he bluntly said No he can’t help me is so sad. I will NEVER come back to any auto zone. The sad part is you never know who you’re refusing to help. Let this be a coaching experience for the young man. Pull up the cameras and you’ll see the interaction. 3294 the store located next to rebel gas station.

Walked in, and was met with great customer service by a young man, Xavier Buisson. Very polite, and helped me find the part i needed. And the restrooms are very clean! Its almost like they clean it everyday!

Today, Wednesday, May 8, I had to go to this AutoZone at zip code 3294 south Young Jhon Parkway, due to an emergency I had with the lock of my vehicle.
I was assisted by Mr. José Burgos who gave me excellent service. It's good that everywhere we found such excellent, friendly and helpful service as the one Mr. José gave me. An excellent employee. I thank Mr. José because since I asked for his help and until the last moment he was very helpful, it is clear that he helps because he voluntarily does it, he loves what he does and he is interested in the customer leaving AutoZone satisfied. Top rating. Rating 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My visit was short but yet disgustingly unpleasant. The young boys on that particular Sunday were terrible at customer service and they absolutely hate their jobs including helping women. No matter how polite you are.

Just went here and its now 8:52pm They close at 9pm but closed the doors at 8:50. I hope the district manager can fix the guys that were on duty today

I am a woman, and went in to get something my husband needed for the car. Walked in and was ignored by the all male staff. Finally walked up to one young man and asked him where the part was he pointed instead of showing me where it was at. These young men need to realize women can and do help their husband's work on the car!! And there were no other customers in the store at the time, so yeah not going to go their again!!

Lady in the morning can’t speak no English at all !!! She hung up on me because she couldn’t understand English.. I took my business elsewhere. Auto zone do a better job hiring these people.
