If you like terrible customer service, being way behind schedule and being made to make 5 trips for one pick up on a overprice service then look no further cause I got a Shii hole for you! Dropped off shirts for my daughter school uniform and boy was that a mistake.. We Called a week late from the original pick up date and was told they were done and can pick them up but when we got there not one of are shirts was ready.. We were told to come back later that day and insured they would be ready since school started next day. We came back later and got there about hour before close to find the door locked with a note saying they had to step out and sorry. Returned the next morning to just be told my shirts hadn’t even been started yet no longer ready to pick up!! 3 trips across town since being told they were done and still no shirts and told to come back in few hours .. place is an absolute mess inside and poorly managed in every way possible .

Excellent customer service, the shirts were said to be done in 2 weeks but got done faster. The sewing looks excellent, only 8 bucks for each shirt!!

They told me uniforms were going to be ready by the 28th and still don’t get a call, called them and put me in hold for 12 minutes, after trying several times they answer only to said that they haven’t went trough the shipment and they will call when they go thru. 16 days waiting…. Never before take more than a week for this!!!

As you can see here I've been on hold 2x for over 6 mins and never once they came back to the phone and when I called the last 2x it was going to their voicemail horrible customer service 1st and last time I will deal with them... they said 2 weeks our kids shirts will be ready and nothing yet.. that was the purpose of the call but now I have to drive 20 mins just to get an answer... on something that could of took place over the phone. Shame on this place.

I do not usually write all 5 star reviews, I find it hard to believe a company can do everything right. However Alpha Specialties has earned my highest review because of the exceptional people! Talita and her entire staff are unparalleled in customer service. This company has more “heart” and although times are tough everywhere, especially in the conference / awards business, they stepped up and made the “Kissimmee Moose “Not So Typical” Golf Tournament shine with Avi’s creative and exquisite award designs and Alpha’s beautiful trophies. You will never go wrong, taking your business to Alpha!
