As an international buyer the thought of purchasing a holiday home was extremely daunting. We first met Alexis at a Place in the Sun Exhibition in the UK and from the outset Alexis put us at ease and was extremely informative. All the way through the process Alexis has gone above and beyond in making our dream come true. Alexis always had a clear and brilliant answer to the many questions that we had. Alexis always responded to our emails quickly and her professionalism in moving things along was excellent.Thanks to Alexis’s vast experience, knowledge and hard work, this daunting process was made much simpler. We cannot thank Alexis enough as we feel that without her help, our dream would have been 10 times harder to achieve.

Alexis did a wonderful job giving me all the right direction. She held 2 open houses and helped with items while I was out of state. Her knowledge of the area and how to sell quickly was extremely important. Would recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.

Alexis is incredible. Alexis managed the sale of an investment property that we had in Orlando Area. Being out of state, Alexis took charge on many things that needed attention to before, during and after the accepted contract. She went above and beyond to get our property sold and we are so thankful for her. Her knowledge was appreciated, and her advice was followed. We trust Alexis, and will be using her again when we invest in Florida real estate in the future.

I can highly recommend Alexis McKenzie from JC Penny.From placing our property on the market through to closing the sale she was with us every step of the way. As we are based in the UK, Alexis was happy to visit our property, arrange the viewings and even assist with the title company, finance company, appraiser and work with our management company. We concluded a successful sale within three weeks. An excellent job.

I highly recommend Alexis McKenzie as a realtor. After meeting Alexis for the first time, my instincts told me that I was in very safe and reliable hands, and that certainly proved to be the case. As an overseas seller the US system can at times seem a little daunting, but Alexis guided me and assisted me through the different stages of selling my property in the US, including a remote closing.I received multiple offers within the first 24 hours of putting the house up for sale. Alexis clearly did an amazing marketing job.The sale went very quickly and during the 4 weeks prior to closing, Alexis was always available, responded quickly to answer my questions, take my calls, and advise me on legal matters.Alexis clearly has the knowledge, skills, expertise and ability to perform her job masterfully. I am not surprised to see Alexis rated 5.0 on here. I live in Pittsburgh PA and had been looking at purchasing a home in the Orlando area we could rent and use for vacations. Being only mildly familiar with the area I was actively looking for someone that could help me navigate the process and would be able to meet my impatient perfectionist personality. In this market I do not see how I would have bought homes without her energy.Alexis is an overachiever. She was honest in guiding me to what was best for my needs and quick to respond to questions, etc. as well as a last minute trip to Florida to monopolize her time for a couple days.Many agents I tried to contact did not respond to me in days while Alexis showed from the first moment that she would work as hard as I would in finding the best fit.
