Love Bryan's ACE. The Keystone store has the nicest people in it. Seth (I think) helped my 6 year old pick out her new Beta. Because of the recent storms, their supplier was hit, so there weren't many to choose from. I think there were 4. He was so sweet and got her to pick the one we were able to buy, after she had said no to me. He was such a great guy! So kind and funny.

Good store , but man the prices are crazy ? sometimes usually 3-10$ mark up or more compared to buy product at other local stores.

When i first moved here i really enjoyed this place. I enjoy looking at the plants and of course the baby chickens. The last 2 times I've been in i have gotten strange stares and treated oddly. I was followed around and asked several times by the same employee if i needed help. to which i always replied, "no thank you!"
When i went to check their sphagnum moss out, that same employee came right behind me and didn't say anything. there was another employee by the moss. Both the employees just stood there looking at me. I raised my hands and asked if I'm ok, to which the guy following me said "oh yea, sorry"
I am not a thief, but that's kind of how i was treated.
Not sure how they train their staff, or what they tell them signals a possible shoplifter. I am a brown middle aged woman that dresses in sun dresses mostly....
I have my reasons of why i feel i was treated this way, it being a small town and all, but that's besides the point.
I will do my best to avoid this location.
