“Wow. I just had the Cuban "mix" sandwich and it wasn't just one of the best Cuban sandwiches I've ever had, it's ONE OF THE BEST SANDWICHES I've ever had. Amazing fresh bread. Good meats. Tasty pickles. I added a bit of their 5 Bros. hot sauce to one half of it and it was DE-LISH-E-O-SO-GOOD!”

“I'm not a crazed beef jerky fan (mostly due to cost) but this place has a crazy amount of flavors and I love that they sample. I got the dill pickle jerky and sampled the cherry jerky (I love cherry but not cherry jerky).”

“This store has sooo much History & love behind it! Their is a man named Micheal Bennett that works their as a cashier & is an Old Sailor . If you ask him about the olden days, he’ll tell you a story of a life time of series in Key West from Shrimp boats to pirates, cops and robbers and some Hunted places too. He’s a 64years old Conch and is still working in the same place, when the doors opened in the 70s! This grown man should have his own TV show or a TicTock review, because he deserves to retire.. God Bless the Conch and God Bless a man like Mr.Micheal Bennett.. Give the Old Sailor a chat 3pm till 11pm <3”

“This was my 2nd time visiting Florida, my first time e visiting Key West. I was trying to minimize my consumption of restaurant food. I had thought about getting a ride to Publix but I decided to give Fausto a try because this location was about 0.6 miles from my motel. The store is rather small but the selection was adequate. There was a small produce section, although some of the prices of the produce were higher than what I remember paying in the last month in south-east Michigan. Like for example I bought celery for 3.09 but I paid under $2 the weak before in Michigan. Imspent $47.11 on plain rolled oats, split peas, salt-free nuts, plain shredded wheat, salt free tuna, sweet potato, pears and a 4lb bag of oranges... a pleasant enough older guy was at the register...”

“Just wanted to write a review for Luis. I didn't want his hospitality and kindness to go unnoticed! I asked him a couple questions about which wine was popular and which to buy for my partner since I don't really drink. He went out of his way to share which ones sell out the fastest and helped me find the right choice based on my budget and interests. He even went to the back to get a pamphlet that further detailed the differences between wines and so on. He was really enthusiastic and so nice! My partner enjoyed the wine I got him. Def give this man a raise! He goes out of his way for his customers. Who knew a trip to Publix could be so exciting LOL!”

“Cute local grocery store with great service. Butcher is kind and helpful. Prices are what you'd expect from a non-chain Key West spot, but feels way more authentic than Publix or Winn-Dixie. If you're in old town this place is the best for groceries.”

“Publix is a consistent grocery store in terms of the deli area in quality of product. Submarine sandwiches and fried chicken are excellent in taste and value for the money. Submarine sandwiches are made fresh on the spot with a line always at the counter. Chicken is moist and yummy. The rest of the store is a regular grocery store and prices trend higher. Service is fine and the store is clean and well maintained.”

“GFS is a restaurant supply store basiclly. Many of the food items come in large or bulk sizes. I usually can find what I am looking for. They carry groceries like produce, meats, dairy, frozen foods, drinks, paper plates etc. There is plenty of parking in the free parking lot in front of the store.Be sure to bring your own bags. They do not provide bags to put purchased groceries in.”

“Our family was down at the keys visiting and we found this little spot. It was AMAZING! Best cuban coffee we've ever had, the breakfast was definitely delicious, with a touch of "homemade". Their menu is kid friendly which was great for our young daughter. The staff was very welcoming and engaging, great customer service. We will definitely be back again in whenever we come down to the keys. We recommended to all of our friends and family and now we recommended to you.”

“If you are in the keys, come here to get your groceries! Great deal on meat, and look for the specials and their generic brand. They will be cheaper than outside. Also, short walk from hotel and rv park, so we brought our wagon and walked!”

“One of an extensive supermarket chain in Miami. We visited to stock up for the rest of our trip. A large supermarket and you can find everything from shoelaces to standard shevis... in addition to food of all kinds. Recommended if you need to talk about something or just to get an impression. Overall, it seems that the prices are reasonable for Miami, the service is good, fast and kind.”

“We wanted wine and cheese for a quiet evening. We found this place in our way back to the hotel. The wine selection was quite good and reasonably priced. We paid $18 for a sauv blanc Marlborough that gets 5 stars on vivino. We got some Triscuits, cheese and sardines to go with. The owner was helpful and made sure our wine was cold. Great service and lots of choices!”

“If you are driving into Key West from the mainland and make a right onto N Roosevelt Blvd, you will see a shopping center on the left with a Publix in it. This is the closest Publix to Old town, so if you want to load up on groceries at a mega box store, this is one of your chances. Most of the shopping for groceries in the Old Town area would be in smaller mom and pop stores or convenience stores. We stopped here to get some cookies, since I had a craving for cookies as we arrived in Key West. Like all Publix stores, this one is well lit, nicely organized and it was easy to find the items I wanted.Nice staff.”

“New Market. A small corner store onCaroline and Margaret Street right by the harbor in Key West. This place is very conveniently located. It's close to the Key West Bight Marina, harbor walk, the docks, and the ferry and bus terminal. They have a little bit of most everything there; tons of snacks, refreshments, ice, ice cream, sunscreen, they even have a few Key West souvenir trinkets, along with many of your basic convenience store items. The service is excellent. Employees are always nice there, very friendly and professional. The one thing I have noticed is that their prices are high and keeps going up, but when comparing their prices to other convince stores in Key West... lets just say competitive. It's not the Dollar Tree. One big grip I have is that the price of many of the items are not listed on the item or shelf, leaving you to just wonder if you want to buy or not without having to take to register to find out what the price actually is.”

“The place is your stop for supplies while you are visiting Key West. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The prices are very reasonable and products are good quality, and fresh. Again, your quick stop for anything you desire or need from little snacks, sodas, juices, and food on the go. Highly recommend.”

“I went to shoot pool with my friends from the college. It's an alright place, just expensive. Two drinks cost me nearly $30 which was a rum & coke + double shot of Jack Daniel's + a tip. Paradise is many things, cheap is not one of them.”

“So I came to Key West from West NY, the land of Wegmans. Publix really doesn't compare to the grocery stores up north. But for KW it's great. We commute from Old Town, where the mom and pop grocery prices are exorbitant. They're a little better here. Cheaper and nicer than Wynn Dixie. Salad selection is way better than WD too. Prices are still crazy compared to mainland, but that's to be expected since everything is shipped in.”

“This is a convenience store so things are goung to be expensive. Always have a big icev tub full of big variety of beers, hard seltzers, etc. Had tourist souvenir stuff and lots of stuff like a Spencer's There is no need to give this place a one because it costs more. Bring your supplies from home!”

“Has very fresh produce. A lot of Caribbean items, but incredible prices on everything! If you're looking to save money over Publix this is the place you want to go buy your groceries here and do your at Publix”

“There ain't many options for shopping on the island, so this Winn-Dixie is good considering the logistics of getting things here. The produce section was pretty nice and one of the newer looking ones. Honestly, I wish the Winn Dixie stores in Orlando were more like this one here. For being so remote, they had a nicer and larger "natural" section with healthier options for snacking. We stopped in just to pick up a few things for the room (Powerade, Breakfast Bars, etc.) and thought they had a nice selection. If you're looking to stock up your home or hotel room with stuff for the island, this is a good choice (although there may not be too many others).”
