I was just looking for an underwater case for my GoProGreat advice! Filters were recommended to me for underwater because of the blue cast. This was too expensive for me and I don't need it because I will edit the pictures and videos afterwards anyway.

Fantastic customer service, the best I have had in any service/sales industry in decades. I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by salesman Kerry. Asked how he could help and directed me to the vast amount of SCUBA BCD brands and models. Kerry was well informed, answered all of my questions, provided facts on the advantages and limitations then provided his recommendation on what was best for me. Service didn’t end there I was then helped by one of the managers, Ron I believe is his name, when I asked if the store would honor their online discount. First answer was no but he explained I could order it online and pick it up in store. Well that didn’t work as the BCD I wanted was only sold as a package online so they gave me the 10% anyway. Im thrilled with my purchase and even more ecstatic of the customer service I received, WELL DONE Divers Direct Team!

We needed a solution to help my girlfriend who has myopia and astigmatism to see on our snorkel trip. Ron showed us options for both types of lens inserts, and showed us how to use the prescription testers. After trying on a few, we found one that was “just like wearing normal glasses!” This is an easy choice for those who don’t know their exact prescription, but still want to see underwater. They even helped us install the lenses, which was very convenient.
