Thank you Ritual Yoga, 1122 Howard Street near 7th for an amazing 10 day yoga experience. I "had" a sore knee (not anymore!) before I went there and through your outstanding yoga rituals, I improved my knee and overall physical strength in just a few short days. I highly suggest anyone can improve and enjoy Ritual Yoga's program for mental, emotional and physical health. Very reasonably priced for unexpected results. A miracle!

Definitely one of the best fitness classes I've taken, I was sore for days afterwards, Kiki had me working muscles I didn't even know existed! I had never tried anything like this before, I'm usually the go for a jog type of person, but this has become my new obsession!

Absolutely brutal, which is exactly what I want out of my workout. The perfect combination of resistance, balance an power. You will workout every inch of your body and every muscle you posses, i guarantee it. Kiki is a badass that will whip you into the best shape of your life before you figure out how to correctly pronounce Lagree fitness.
