Both she and Mery were very polite and professional.However, don't be too critical of any of the arrangements she provides because her professionalism and politeness can turn into a rather nasty email very quickly.All the aisle flowers, table settings, tent vining, corsages, boutonnieres, and metal arbor arrangements were wonderful and lovely at my daughter’s recent wedding ceremony at Fairchild Tropical Botanical Garden.Our guests thought the arrangements were beautiful amongst the natural beauty of the botanical gardens!I originally mentioned all this to Isa in an email the day after the event. However, when I also mentioned that the bridal party (of 6) noticed that their bouquets had begun wilting, with petals falling off some of the flowers 'before' the photo session and 'before' the ceremony, GREAT offense was taken, and I was labeled a liar.Therefore, inspect and notify the florist immediately of any problems that may arise during your event (whether you think they may have already left the event as we did).They may still be around, watching (and they were!), and willing to replace wilted and dying flowers as required, as I was told in a follow-up email from Isa.Live and learn!”
