I opened a citi gold savings and checking acct last week. At the same time I applied for the AAdvantage card. I have had the Chase sapphire card for many years and never missed a payment as documented. Because I travel a lot I needed a second card and chose the AAdvantage card.Because I am a 100% disabled Viet Nam vet I was refused the card stating that "YOUR CREDIT REPORT SHOWES A HIGH AMOUNT OF UNUSED CREDIT COMPARED TO YOUR AVAILABLE CREDIT LIMIT LINES" Now Citi has my $ 250,000 I opened my Citi Gold account with, they really took advantage of my disability. With no gold account personal to talk to at this bank..SHAME< SHAME

Poor service. Everything at Citibank takes a week, no matter the urgency. They are inconsiderate and will leave your account frozen for days on end while process a deposit slip that should be available on demand. Frankly can't wait to close out all my services with this bank.

Citibank Key Biscayne does not accept calls for the most part. They do not return emails. The bank officers are a "revolving door" or people. Useless.

1. I used a check to pay a repairman, and the branch refused to cash the check because their "new policy" is to not cash checks. 2. I tried calling Daniel Cespedes the branch manager but he will not return calls and their phone number 786-235-9248 will never ever connect to the branch. 3. After about wasting my time for about five more minutes I got connected to their "call center" where the person on the other side of the phone just wasted time in an effort to get me to hang up. Citibank used to be a good bank, but it has fallen to third tier and the Key Biscayne branch is at the bottom of the tier.
