So yesterday evening I visited the island of key Biscayne which is really nice and after which I stopped at 7-eleven here and I proceeded to use my EBT card but the gentleman said we do not take EBT on key Biscayne Island. Afterwards she said that in front of people I felt some type of way. The gentleman was really rude and he made me feel really bad by myself. I just got out of a rehab last week and I'm trying to better myself unfortunately I don't have a job at the moment until possibly next week so that's why I had to use EBT. Next I will talk to CNN about this or the better Business bureau.

They tried to charge me full price for something that was advertised on sale. When I corrected them, they asked me where I saw the sale and I showed them the front window! They then tried to tell me that the price was only for deliveries. They are liars and are simply trying to overcharge. It is a business plan at this store to make more money.

I don’t know what is that but that’s not a pepperoni! Not fresh at all, hard and dirty. I should have my money back since it’s expensive in this place. Not even worth it

I attended the store at 04/26/2022 around 1:45 AMNever have I ever felt the need to write a bad review, but this experience is worthy of sharing for multiple reasons.I had just finished my bike ride, and when into the 7-Eleven in hopes of buying some water and using the restroom. When I came in the store was empty, and by empty I mean no one was monitoring the store. I guessed she was using the restroom, and waited outside. She came out and immediately informed me in a very rude way that the restroom was out of order, and signaled me with her hands to get out: at this point due to the way she was handling the situation I started to wonder if the store was even open... So I asked, and she continued to act in a very very ugly way. I felt bad, and in a way I kinda felt discriminated against. I have traveled around the country and have involved myself with other cultures, and I have never felt this way around someone. Its almost like she felt disgusted by me, in multiple ways that is. I was in disbelief for a good second, I decided to leave the store immediately I didn't even exchange words with her; I felt like it wasn't even worth it. I understand you might be having a rough night, or a rough time - I read some of the reviews and it sounds similar to what I went through: But nothing justifies your actions and I hope you know that. You don't know what the person stepping through that door is going through, you don't know what I'm personally going through: I approached you in a human way, expecting to be treated at least as a human. And you treated me like an animal, I hope you don't ever get treated that way by anyone and I wish you the best.

The lady working on Jan 5 at 11:30 pm was very rude and had attitude with all the customers at the register, I come very often and normally the store is stocked with merchandise but instead, I couldn’t even find a bag of nacho cheese Doritos for the first time ever. There’s pizza on shelf that looks like it was made a day ago. Just not the 7-11 I normally see in previous times. The lady had no manners and treated customers like garbage

The entire staff shows NOTHING but racism and disrespect. I come here everyday with a smile and kind words, good vibes. And they always show the opposite. Also the new big fat guy that's losing hair is such a dikkk. He literally ID'd me and said he has to scan my ID. Then he didn't even scan it and I told him "I know how that works, you don't have to lie to me" and he yelled at me "CALM DOWN" and then I told him "dude I'm chillin" and laughed it off. And asked him for a lighter too. Then he made me give him my Id again. Like what? Is he literally d**** I then told him I'll knock him tf out and never came back to the store. I hate everyone in that place. But then again, it must suck when you are 50 years old and can't get a job anywhere but a 7/11 lol.

3:25 A.M. 10/30/2021 I want to inform you that the employee who works with you during these hours is rude, I went to the store and said good morning three times which ignored me, the people who work with the public other than workers should also be educated myself I understand that working with the public is not easy, it does not cost this employee anything to say good morning

I never leave Yelp reviews but after the absolutely awful experience I had at a SEVEN ELEVEN I decided it's necessary. I was simply looking at snacks with my boyfriend (we are both 19 years old) and the black woman who works here screams at us from across the store "YOU NEED TO GET YOUR THINGS AND LEAVE BECAUSE THIS IS NOT A HANGOUT AND THERE IS A CURFEW YOU KNOW?? GET YOUR STUFF AND LEAVE IF YOU'RE NOT BUYING ANYTHING GET OUT." I was in utter shock because me and my boyfriend were literally just standing in the store looking for what snack we wanted. We are also both college students and 19 years so I am not sure what "curfew" she is talking about. I told her to not speak to me so disrespectfully and that we were buying something and we were both adults and she cannot treat us like this, and she just ignored me and rolled her eyes. I have never in my life been treated so rudely by a worker for absolutely NO reason at all. We were not being disruptive at all, just minding our own business. She then proceeded to scream at another costumer who asked a question about where the hot dogs were, and she was incredibly rude to this man and I felt terrible for him. I even took an audio recording of what was going on because I was worried things would escalate even further. Never in my life would I think I was going to walk into a seven eleven and literally be verbally harassed by a worker for absolutely no reason. This is so incredibly disappointing. I am a waitress and have worked in service for years, and I could never imagine treating anyone like how she treated us, especially since we are costumers minding our business looking for a snack!

WORST experience I have ever had in store my entire life. I was forced to buy a product that was under promotion, claiming to be completely free for the month of July for all 7 eleven rewards members, which I had no intention to buying in any other circumstance… AT ALL! When I brought the item to the EXTREMELY rude, to what I could gather, Jamaican lady working the register, she claimed the system is down and that I had to pay the full price, for the “gratis item” I had no intention of buying other wise. I refused and offered to leave without the item that was advertised as “free with no purchase required” in multiple places of the store and she proceeded to create a massive scene without calling a manager or trying to fix/understand the small problem and called the policemen instead. After explaining the FALSE ADVERTISEMENT of the product with no fine print that could justify the situation, the 2 officers claimed that “FALSE ADVERTISING” was not a crime and I was harassed to retrieve money, since the Apple pay was not working in the store, and forced to buy the product. Never have I been so degraded over anything in my life!
