They sold me paint with the cans dented in half. When I questioned them about the cans the response was, "all of our cans are that way, we can't help it, that's how UPS ships them"

I know that these are challenging times, but seriously this store should just close for business for the time being if this is how they want to operate. My wife and I stood outside a locked door, in the sun and 97 deg heat, while the manager finished a phone call (sign on the door says due to COVID, doors must remain locked). Once she finally came to open the door, she physically blocked my wife and I (who were both already wearing masks, btw) from entering the store while she questioned us about what we needed. As if by coming to a paint store, it should not be at least somewhat obvious that we are there to peruse and buy the products sold in said store. As she continued to block the door, she told us that she needed to limit the number of customers inside the store (side note: the actual number of customers in the store at this time was 0). We had gone to PPG in North Palm Beach the previous day, but the manager there had suggested that we try the Jupiter location since they typically stock more of the Sikkens wood stain that we needed for our new tongue and groove ceiling. There was absolutely none of this stuff going on in the North Palm store. If you have an option to go to one or the other, I would wholeheartedly recommend that you visit PPG on Northlake Blvd. I am happy to have them order what I need and ship it to the North Palm location for pickup.
