I have recently vacated my lease after approx 2 1/2 years. The property inside and out was always well kept and clean. The office staff was always a pleasure to deal with. If I need to rent a storage unit in the future I would without a doubt return to this location.

I don’t know a lot about self storage. But I can’t imagine other places have a Brian. The gentleman’s energy was so infectious that we couldn’t help but have a great day after interacting with him (and we moved our stuff in the rain). But after meeting Brian nothing could bring us down. All I can assume is that Brian is not getting paid enough to do the spectacular job that he does. I might rent uhauls from them in the future just so I can interact with him again.

This was my second time using Value Store It Self Storage for business storage and I would use them again if needed. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The facility is clean and easy to access and the location is ideal.

My experience at the Jupiter location was first class! By far the easiest part of my moving experience! They were always quick and helpful with responses and any needs. I would highly recommend!
