“10 yrs. ago I was fortunate enough to walk into HEW. I will still be walking into HEW 10 yrs. from now. The HEW Community and Coaches transform working out into workout experiences. When I trained at a "standard gym", I cannot recall any particular workout. All I can remember is what body part on what day. Since joining HEW, I have multiple memories of many different workouts. It is truly a difference maker.”

“I recently was visiting Jupiter and joined E3 during my stay. Each workout was so different and the variety of moves really challenged me and kept me on my toes and interested. The trainers are very motivating and welcoming and the gym is very clean and has everything you could need. Definitely would recommend and will definitely be back during my next Jupiter stay!”

“I just did 2 weeks of Burn Boot Camp and it was absolutely amazing!The workouts are different every day, if you go all 6 days you would get all body parts, bursts of cardio in every workout, some more than others, as well as agility and balance. You are literally in and out within 45 minutes, yet you’re moving every minute. The active cardio warm up is 5 minutes, then you move for about 3 minutes while the workout of the day is explained, then 30 minutes of the main workout , a 2-3 minute finisher ending with 2-3 minutes of stretching.All exercises can be modified. The trainers make sure to know your name along with any restrictions. Every exercise can be done at your own level, which allows to see personal improvement. The energy is invigorating, with fun music and all around nice people. The trainers allocate time in between to schedule 15 minute sessions to discuss privately any questions, wether about an exercise or goal. The facility is clean and organized. My friends and family use the child care, which the feedback I have received is that the child care staff is very alert and caring, as well as given the proper tools to make kids’ experiences fun. I am actually a personal trainer myself, and going to Burn has been something I look forward to everyday.”

The trainers here are amazing at pushing an entire group of people through a set that pushes you to your limits, and makes you believe you can do better. This is definitely a gym for people of all experience and fitness levels.”

“A much better experience than most gyms. I have done everything from personal trainers to large chain gyms, BGI is by far the best. I have been doing the group classes for a few years now and I never get bored. I get a great strength and cardio workout in about an hour. The trainers are excellent, and the group atmosphere really motivates you to get through the workout.”

Instead of just going to the gym and doing the same workout over and over again, Ryan has a plethora of exercise routines that help you get to where you need to be. Usually also concluding the sessions with breathwork I highly recommend you check it out!”

“Everyone at OTF Jupiter are the best. I love how each coach brings their own personality and motivation to the class. Everyone at the front desk are always welcoming and make you feel like family. Would love to be able to comment on the App about classes rather than clicking a like button only to provide additional feedback. Thank you for getting more involved in community and offering get togethers outside of the studio (although I have not been to one - LOL). Having many challenges throughout the month helps keep me motivated with my health journey. It is never boring!!! I thank each and every one of you for who you are. “I just left an event for moms at My Gym, and I have to say, I'm impressed. The gym is small but packed with tons of apparatus and room for little ones to run off their endless energy and try new things!Tanya was the lead "host" (not sure what to call her... instructor or guide maybe?), and she welcomed everyone with an energetic smile. The other two guides were just as welcoming.They had such a pretty setup and went above and beyond to make this a mommy and kid event.
