“I visited today with my daughter (15). The staff is extremely kind, knowledgeable and, most of all, so very caring for all the cats. Considering the number of cats, the location was spotless.If you're looking to adopt a cat, this is the place to go to. Even if you don't adopt (we didn't) HELP THEM to help the animals. Put a few dollars in the donation box (we did). The money is used to offset the cost of taking care of all the cats.I can't praise the staff enough. I plan to visit again and I will gladly donate money again as well as help with needed supplies.”

“For the last three years Dr Dack and his wonderful team have cared for our mature Golden, Rosie. We always recognized that he recommended less invasive approaches to her health issues, and these always worked! Earlier this week when we saw something was suddenly wrong, they had us come in immediately, and Dr Dack called us with test results an hour later. It was a malignancy, and we wanted to minimize her pain. Within 90 minutes, the team had everything prepared and Dr Dack was with us for her last peaceful minutes. He and his team were so respectful and thoughtful, and we will always be grateful for their help.”

“We bought our dog food from here when traveling through the area. It was generally the same price as other retailers. Our only complaint is that they’re selling some of their dog toys double-sometimes almost triple the cost of what you would spend for the exact same toy at a local Walmart. We recognized toys that were usually only $1 from other places marked up way higher here. No hate on the business, I know that they need to make a profit.. Their staff was really friendly too. It just shocked us to see the price comparison here on their toys.”

She is very knowledgeable and will provide you as much detail as you are interested in absorbing. Excellent selection of all natural products with the sage advice to ensure you make the best decision for your best friend. She might even spoil your dog if you bring them with you!I was apprehensive about switching to a raw diet even after hours of online research, but Kim was able to put my mind at ease within a couple minutes of talking. She made the switch incredibly easy on me and my dog. It’s not often you find someone this passionate about their work, but you can feel it with Kim. I would, and already have, highly recommend any pet parent to go and check out the store and talk to Kim!”

“We boarded our two labradoodles with DoggieStyles for 5 days. I was a nervous wreck because, in my mind, I felt no one could ever take care of my babies like I do. Well, I was wrong. Janice was wonderful. I received multiple pictures and videos daily. She knew their personalities to a T. Which tells me she spent a lot of time with both of them. They weren't kenneled like they would have been if I had taken them somewhere else, which made me very happy. Shawn took them on long walks daily, and it is clear he is a true dog lover. I am so happy I found this place! I can relax on vacation knowing our pups are well taken care of.”

“Love this place and the staff! Especially the best groomer in the whole state of Florida! Amanda has been grooming my fur babies for 19 years! I have never met anyone that cares more about the animals. She is gentle, kind, patient, honest, professional, knowledgeable and incredibly talented at what she does. I feel so fortunate to have found such an incredible place and human to help care for my sweet fur babies (even though they can be a lot to deal with at times ?). We love you Amanda and the whole Woof Gang staff! Highly recommend!!”

“I love the palm beach gardens Petsmart. I usually only order online for my items through them. Unfortunately something went wrong with my order as I didn't receive my items today. I called the palm beach gardens location and spoke with a lady named Autum. She was very helpful overall and was willing to help to see what was going on. I called back because I couldn't make it in. And asked her to check if they are fully stalked before placing another order. To my surprise she mentioned all the bulbs that they did have and stock also double checked to make sure she grabbed the right one that I was asking for. Her customer service skills are AWESome ? and I'm definitely pleased with everything over all. Hopefully my order will be here tomorrow. Thank you once again Autum for your great customer service. “Stopped by today with my wife to pick up some food and supplies for our boy. Always a great experience, staff is wonderful and we dealt with ERIN today. She was awesome, great personality and wonderful sense of humor. If you are asked to join their program DO IT, it is well worth it. You get awesome coupons from them and great deals, we save a good amount of money and our boy eats well. Don't miss out the atmosphere in there is great. They also have an 8 year old kitty that needs a home, her family had to give her up too go to assisted living, she was beautiful and her name is PRINCESS. we could not take her home do to certain reasons.
But if anyone has the ability to do so she is there waiting for a new home, it breaks my heart that she has no family. If you can go check her out.
She could be a great friend looking for LOVE.
