Stay away! They distroyed my 13 year old daughter natural brows. We asked just to clean them but the lady changed the brows shape completely. My daughter was upset ? Do not go there. Read all the negative reviews they have.

Customer service outstanding! Knowing how to wax and arch eyebrows-A BIG NO! I did not leave happy or satisfied! When I looked in the mirror, my eyes watered. I paid and walked so fast to get out!
I moved to PSL three years ago and have yet to find that one person to arch/wax my eyebrows like I once had in the 305/954.
First time customer! Unhappy customer! No, I won’t be back.

I came in last Tuesday, and Smita did my brows. Usually, I come in on Sunday, which Lesley does my brows. Anyway, I always get my brows,lips and chin threaded. I tried adding a tint, but somehow it wasn't added when she came for me. Smita did a rush job! My eyebrows are so thin. She never asked me how I wanted them done. Jumped up and said she was finished. So I said: what about my tinting? She replied: I don't have time. I gotta go.I left there pissed.

I REFUSE to go anywhere else to get my eyebrows threaded. They have a few different stylists on schedule but I won't let anyone touch me except Lesley (I hope I spelled it right!)
I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 15 years, and Lesley has the ABSOLUTE softest hands I've ever felt. 10/10 would recommend!

Lesly, did a phenomenal job. I have very flat eye brows. UNEVEN, weird eye brows and she did a fabulous job and was very kind and sweet to my daughter. She’s just very kind. And is very talented with brows! Extremely talented and knows how to do exactly what needs to be done to make a girls eyebrow pop!

Do not go here! I haven’t been for a while because of how busy they are and they rush not caring how your brows come out! Giving it another chance I now have to grow out my eyebrows when I specifically told them how I wanted it, and of course they blame it on whatever else that’s out of their control! Their work is sloppy! And they’ll take your money anyway!

It’s a great place for threading. Professional and punctual. Once you become a regular they send incentives of dollars off next service. Love those discounts. Recommended.

I came in to thread my eyebrow for the first time. Smita who did my eyebrows was very welcoming and sweet. She walked me through the process and was very patient with me because I was scared it would hurt. She massaged after she was done which was very soothing and helped with the mild pain. She did an amazing job and I loved how clean my eyebrows looked after. I recommend her to anyone who is doing threading for the first time. Thank you Smita!!
