They close and lock the store without turning off mobile orders. I had to talk the security guard and manager into letting me in to get the food I had already paid for. I shouldn't need to pass a persuasion check to not get stolen from.

Wawa refreshers are great! UNTIL THEY'RE UNAVAILABLE! I drove miles to come to this location to get my morning beverage and guess what? ITS NOT ON THE DRINK MENU! I drove to another location and guess what? SAME THING! Consistency is KEY when you're dealing with people first thing in the morning and you're the one holding their morning cup...

Food is down right nasty, this is the type of food that’s making people ill. You don’t expect healthy food from a Wawa, but they could at least make it taste good, it’s disgusting. Stay clear of this place until they up their standards

I wanted to like this location but I really can't. I feel this store needs better management and better training. The store is dirty, the cups are at the registers instead of being at the drink stations, they stay short staffed, no straws. I'm sad to say it's a hot mess. I hope this store do a major turn around for it to be a new location.

ATM is down and never works. The food is good and they usually keep things in stocks (usually). The attitude of the employees are like they don't want to be there which I can understand, but at least pretend you do.

TEAM MEMBERS THAT WORK EXTREMELY HARD, TO MAKE THINGS HAPPEN. GREAT SANDWICHES. GREAT ATMOSPHERE. HARD WORKING PROFESSIONALS WHO GET THINGS DONE IN A NEW YORK MINUTE.FOOD SAFETY & SAFETY IN GENERAL IS TAKEN SERIOUSLY. FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, HELPFUL, KIND, RESPECTFUL & KNOWLEDGEABLE TEAM MEMBERS, WHO WORK AS ONE UNIT. THE STORE HAS GREAT VIBES. NICE FLOW. GREAT MANAGERS & SUOERVISORS WHO ALL WORK HARD. Having been a Wawa customer since my days in Delaware back in 1999, I am disappointed in this Wawa location. There were no cashiers on duty and there was nobody available to assist with self checkout. The fact that no workers were attending the cash registers or monitoring the store means that shrinkage will be an issue IMHO. I have never gone to a Wawa where the associates and the managers were so insensitive to the needs of their customers. This is by far the worst Wawa that I have been to. Perhaps this is a sign that Wawa is expanding too quickly as the quality of their service here is abysmal, subpar, and abhorrent. The Cassatt location apparently does not need my money and that is fine with me.

Average Wawa location. Recently opened. Air stations are messed up already. Cannot adjust pressures on the machines due to broken buttons.

I've visited this Wawa probably at least a half dozen times since it's been opened. The experience when entering has been less than desired. First visit -- Online order was placed for hot food. I arrived with a promotional coupon since it could not be redeemed online. Was told I would need to order the soup on the kiosk and they would make it when they get to it. It was already busy so I trashed all the coupons... Wasn't worth it. Second time I placed an online order. I get there and could not get a single person to hand me my order. It was literally sitting there. Cheese fries and a burger. All the employees had their heads down attempting to not make eye contact with anyone. I get it - it's busy and sometimes customers aren't the best but some folks have ordered and prepaid for their stuff. They don't put the preordered food on the shelves possibly due to theft but at least have an associate greet customers that come to the pickup counter. Third visit -- We stopped by in the morning to grab some stuff before hitting the road. Ice machine was not working and the coffee was horrible. The other visits have been to get gas. No issues there. Hopefully they work out all these kinks inside.

How is it almost 6am and there’s no coffee?? Mind you there was NONE at all in 6 different coffee holders, then y’all can’t even welcome your customers inside every day! Poor customer service!

I stop here all the time, Kia is such an outstanding employee, I truly did not think anyone like her still existed in the service industry. She works like she's making 500k a year. I know if I did that job, one hour in, I would be burned out. It's non-stop busy in there, and she is always happy every time I see her. I've left a bunch of reviews but she is the first person I've named because she stands out by a mile. Even if she makes 500k a year, she deserves a raise lol.

First off, the milkshakes are very good. I also got a turkey, bacon, and cheddar cheese sandwich on the new multi grain toast, which I highly recommend trying the multi grain toast. But overall its great you can order ahead on the app. And check out all the drinks they have like: the cream smoothies, milkshakes, tons of different types of coffee.
