I can't believe how dirty the bathroom was. There was no soap in the handicap bathroom, no seat covers and toilet paper all over the floor.

Thank you STEVEN and the nice ladies behind the counter for making our milkshake experience a lifelong memory!
Wawa chocolate milkshakes were our mom‘s favorite. She got one a week. So today on the first anniversary of her first day in Heaven, we took her urn into this Wawa to get her favorite milkshake. When Steven noticed that we brought Mom in with us, we told him her story. He said very kind words to us and with his manager’s permission, Wawa gave us free milkshakes and thanked us for bringing Mom in.

I recently tried two Italian sandwiches from WaWa, and I have to say I was incredibly disappointed. Both sandwiches were completely saturated with salt, rendering them inedible. The overwhelming saltiness masked any flavor the sandwiches might have had, making them not just unappetizing but truly disgusting. I ended up having to throw them away, which is a shame because I had high hopes for a delicious meal. If you're considering grabbing a sandwich from WaWa, I strongly advise you to think twice. Save your money and your taste buds—this experience was a complete letdown.

One of my favorite spots to retrieve drinks snacks good customer service. I always have an amazing experience. You guys keep up the good work.
Parking: Plenty of parking wheelchair accessible.

They make sandwiches so hard it feels like a wooden door liable to break your teeth if you bite into it .. I had my order ready at 4:41 for curbside they took until 5:21 pm after I called them at 5:15 about my order to bring it out single person pizza lukewarm almost cold, sandwich bread extremely hard could barely put my acrylic nail through it so why would I try my teeth? Right .
They been made my order it had just been sitting and the young woman who brought my order out said it was just made ... I looked at my smoothie and it was watery at the bottom as if it had it been sitting now another 10/15 minutes just to get my order remade
HORRIBLE service I don't know what's wrong with these people

Danielle who works in the Deli is the friendliest, sweetest and most helpful person there! She’s always smiling and greeting patrons, plus happy to help when you have a question. She is also the fastest! I never wait more than a few minutes, vs sometimes I wait 20 minutes for a bagel. But overall I love wawa! I’m from up north so I missed it when I first moved here. Danielle deserves a raise for going above and beyond!

This place is a joke. Menu items always missing. They have to restart the system over and over, and ask you to wait, just for them to say it's not available. Food is small portioned or outdated and taste old. Management is a joke.
You ask for an update, they ignore you because they are short-staffed or other employees are chilling outside smoking a newport.
Jacksonville is top tier one of the worse cities in America with the dumbest people I've ever met in my life. Run away if you live here. Run away FAST.

Had a product listed at 3 for $5. I went to get the items and it rang up at $19 and some change, I pointed to the sign that said 3 for 5 and the guy went and got his manager. She then asked me for a rewards card, the sign doesn't say with a rewards card. I said go ahead and sign me up and she said they don't do that in store. I wound up walking out of there.

Choose another wawa.
One of the best located Wawa but the management cannot seem to stock the store and staff the location correctly.
I go there every morning. 70% of the time menu items are missing or I cannot order what I would like because items are out of stock at 8 am.
There are a few wawa within a couple of miles that don't have this issue. Save yourself the time/energy

This location is perfect, but their bathrooms and parking lot could use a lot of TLC. The food is great, and the staff are friendly. They've hired some new people who just blend well with the environment. There's no wawa wifi, but there is xfinity where you can purchase a pass on your phone. Each location is different, so keep this in mind. Safe environment, and everyone comes here. Cool cars with big wheels and lights show up sometimes, and the little ones love it. Cats for protection. Seating area outside. They have curbside and are open 24/7 except major holidays they close either all day, early, but it just depends. Most of their employees are former military and hardworking parents. It's a familiar place. I've been coming to this location for 3 years now.
Vegetarian options: They offer almond and oatmilk and customize any order for you.

Kid-friendliness: Kids come all the time to enjoy treats with their families
