I made the mistake of choosing the wrong drink and I had the amazing help from the worker Faith. I asked her if she could remake my drink and she didn’t hesitate to make me a new one, she was outstanding and my new drink is very good, and her co worker phelipe was also very kind and respectful while I was waiting. This isn’t the only time I’ve had help like this, they have amazing co workers here and the manager is very respectful and does a great job at what he does.

The barista tonight did not do a good job at all on my drink. It tasted water down where I had to add sugar and milk, and if it tasted that way, that’s the way the barista wanted it to taste because with someone that has ambitions to make a customer happy would’ve made a customers drink right but this barista just cares about her paycheck and was rude, it’s a hit or miss here.

Maybe they need help but this location is bad. I placed my order and the hot food came out fast but 30 minutes later and I was still waiting for my smoothie. I asked about it but they told me that only 2 people were working. I was number 25 so I figured I should come after 24 which was out about the same time as my food order. I waited for quite a while but still no smoothie. I asked about it but was told it will be there soon. It never came so I got a refund since my hot food order was now cold. This location is bad.

The people preparing food don’t trust. Got home sandwich was made wrong. I had to return to the store for full refund. Smh

Every time I’m craving frosted sugar cookie ice coffee beverage is closed I don’t know if it’s staffing or lazy ness but most times I go it’s closed. Once even I went multiple times in one day the beverage was closed each time. Would love for this to be resolved because it’s a nice store unfortunately for me one reason I go there the item is always unavailable.

Order was messed up and manager Ms. PAUL was not helpful in trying to fix order or replace the items. Ridiculous WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION... Her excuse was their busy and backed up so she was NOT ABLE TO REPLACE ORDER. So instead I placed an order which was still incorrect and they had to redo it again, very unprofessional.

I go to WaWa mainly for their drinks, gas, snacks, and muffins. Customer service is meh (sometimes good and sometimes bad) and the store is a bit filthy at times. I don't know why I always think the food items would be good but they're honestly not. The last visit was the final straw in trying their food items. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich. It took almost 45 minutes just to get the sandwich and the workers there looked like they didn't want to be there. They legit stopped and stared at us for a few times while we were waiting. The sandwich is huge but that's about it. I had the tuna salad sandwich with lettuce, mayo, bacon, and tomato. Everything was flavorless. The sandwich was soggy and the tuna salad was lukewarm and watered down. I could not for the life of me, taste any seasoning on it. I even added salt and pepper and it did not make the sandwich any better. The bacon was also soggy and not crispy at all. It was very unpleasant experience. Their drinks are pretty good and we usually get their iced matcha drinks or iced coffee drinks. I do like that you can order on the pad and there's many customizable options.

I have gone to this store twice and have done curbside pick up. Once for a smoothie which sat in the store after being made… it was never brought out to me. Decided to give it a second try and ordered a mocha coffee frappe another day and that also sat in the store…it was never brought out. Both times I had to go in to get it which is perfectly fine, but the issue is both times by the time I recognize it was already made and not brought out the drinks were completely watered down. The mocha frappe had no mocha syrup and taste like water mixed with coffee. Will not visit again.

How many times a day do you disappoint families when only 2 of them can eat when they order the $10 family sized soup? Not to mention this was the first time I had an ounce of COURAGE TO EAT HERE AGAIN after having to return the soup for this same reason, the dude working food prep/soup dumped our soups back into the Soup served to customers ?. Wish I could say I was lying ?. I Told the manager and she seemed concerned and offered no argue to run to aid the problem so it seemed, but 2 weeks later it's clear to see the same guy may be working that position due to the repetitive lack of quality we see from them. Needless to say I only ended up taking one bite of my half serving family size. (Was also super deluted this time). Do your job or don't at all, I'll gladly take your position. I want to see change seeing as though this is my local Wawa.

I got a cream brûlée twice from here and each time it tasted like there is zero caramel in my drink that’s supposed to have 2 ounces of caramel. 7:41 AM 7/11/2023 they don’t do their job right here I’m unsatisfied.
